ORAS OU Bulky offensive mega-manectric team

Hi! It's a team i've been playing with for a couple of months now and i already made many changes but i can't figure out any other improvement. Since i can't get over 1500 i'd like to understand if that's because of my skill or my team.

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum
- Superpower
- Play Rough

Azumarill is one of my favourite pokemons and i think it perfectly fits the team. He's a great switch-in when a fire move is going to hit ferrothorn allowing me to free set up a belly drum. He also covers 2 weaknesses of my team being fire and dragon.
Moveset:
  • Aqua jet, priority stab move that allows to destroy a whole team after belly drum boost
  • Belly drum, not much to say 4x attack on a pokemon with huge power as ability simply means total destruction
  • Superpower, this move is for coverage. The choice was between superpower and knock off, i decided superpower since i already have dark type moves on bisharp
  • Play rough, extremely powerful stab move

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

He's the physical wall of my team, i use him mainly to cripple down physical sweepers thanks to iron barbs and rocky helmet.
Moveset:
  • Leech seed, used to stall out special attackers without super effective moves
  • Stealth rock, the only hazard of my team it's great vs charizard, talonflame and volcarona 3 pokemons my team struggles against
  • Gyro ball, to hit hard everything that doesn't resist it
  • Power whip, for coverage against seismitoad, azumarill and swampert or in case gyro ball gets disabled

Bisharp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Iron Head

He's extremely important for my team since he acts as anti-defog, anti-fairy and pursuit trapper. I gave him a lum berry because the only other way to cure him from a burn or paralisis is sacrificing latias for heal wishing.
Moveset:
  • Sucker punch, priority stab move that hit extremely hard especially if boosted thanks tk defiant
  • Knock off, used to remove annoying items like a choice scarf and still deal a whole lot of dmg
  • Pursuit, great for trapping psychic types
  • Iron head, stab to hit everything that resists dark moves and totally wreck fairies

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Healing Wish
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost

My specially defensive tank i mainly use it to drop a draco meteor and then use healing wish.
Movest:
  • Healing wish, extremely usefull. I hate when i need a pokemon in the lategame but he's at low hp, burned or paralyzed, and that's what healing wish is for
  • Draco meteor, stab move that hits hard even without investing in special attack
  • Psyshock, in case i end up facijg a fairy and still need to hit
  • Roost, to stall out in case i need to

Manectric-Mega @ Manectite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Great pokemon, hardly ever gets outsped, hits hard and got a movepool that covers the weaknesses of my team.
Moveset:
  • Volt switch, allows me to scout and get away from risky situations
  • Thunderbolt, powerful stab move
  • Flamethrower, chosen mainly for coverage and hit stuff like ferrothorn
  • Hp ice, once again chosen for coverage and hit hard (often OHKO) gliscor and garchomp

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Protect
- Extreme Speed

Once i manage to set up a coupl of DD it's nearly game over and, thanks to multiscale-leftovers-protect, once the biggest threats to dragonite are down i'm often able to.
Moveset:
  • Dragon dance, great for boosting this pokemon, that's everything a dragonite needs
  • Outrage, my powerful stab move, i just have to be sure the enemy can't switch into a fairy
  • Protect, to use multiscale and leftovers (i've been thinking to swap it with roost)
  • Extreme speed, priority move in case dragonite is crippled down and the enemy pokemon has a priority move

That's all guys, sorry for the awful format and thanks for the help :)

Yo B3lfo. This team caught my eye because I used a very similar team with a Mega Manectric + BD Azumarill to get reqs in the last OU suspect test a while back, so I thought I'd drop a rate. As far as threats are concerned, I noticed your team was a bit weak to Sand Rush Excadrill as well as Fighting-types such as Mega Lopunny. I also noticed that the majority of your spreads are not optimised. Spreads such as max SpD Latias, max HP Pursuit Bisharp, and max HP Belly Drum Azumarill are not the most optimised spreads for the sets that you're running, so I'll try to tweak those.

First off, I think a spread of 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe with a Jolly nature, and a moveset of Play Rough, Knock Off/Return, Aqua Jet, Belly Drum would be the best choice for your Azumarill on this team. One of the main reasons to use BD Azumarill alongside Mega Manectric is the fact that Jolly BD Azumarill is one of the best lures to Mega Venusaur, a Pokemon that Mega Manectric really appreciates the removal of. A Jolly Nature + Return allows Azumarill to outspeed and OHKO Mega Venusaur. I've also slashed Knock Off alongside Return for its consistency in other matchups, able to OHKO the likes of Ferrothorn at +6, since even without Return Azumarill can still smack Mega Venusaur with a +6 Play Rough, potentially weakening it into range of Mega Manectric for later in the game.

After that, I thought that Choice Scarf Tyranitar would work better than Bisharp as the Pursuit trapper for this team. Tyranitar more ably Pursuit traps Latios which is far and away the most common Pokemon you'll be looking to Pursuit trap. Latios' removal makes the game much easier for both Mega Manectric and BD Azumarill since Latios is one of the best offensive checks to both of these Pokemon. Choice Scarf Tyranitar also makes your team a bit more solid when facing the likes of Talonflame, both Mega Charizard forms, Bisharp, and even Kyurem-B (since Hidden Power Fire variants are very threatening to this team), which are all Pokemon that your team can be threatened by.

As I've mentioned in the intro, Pokemon such as Excadrill and Mega Lopunny are big threats to your team. Landorus-T is a reliable answer to both of these, and I think would be a fantastic addition to this team in place of Dragonite. Landorus-T is one of the best partners for Mega Manectric, forming a powerful VoltTurn core, whilst also providing dual Intimidate users. Landorus provides your team with a far more reliable blanket physical wall, which takes some of the pressure off of Ferrothorn, allowing it to run a more mixed defensive spread to better check the likes of Mega Gardevoir or Mega Diancie.

With the addition of Landorus, Ferrothorn is freed up to do a few different things. Firstly, since Landorus is able to take the role of Stealth Rocker, Ferrothorn is able to carry Spikes instead. Spikes are a great means of support for Mega Manectric and are used to wear down Pokemon such as Hippowdon, Tyranitar, Tank Garchomp, Kyurem-B, and Mega Charizard X which are all otherwise relatively comfortable stops to Mega Manectric. Next, as mentioned in the above paragraph, the introduction of Landorus takes some of the pressure off of Ferrothorn as the lone physical all, and instead allows it to run a mixed defensive spread of 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD | Relaxed Nature | that allow it to better handle Fairies, as well as other special attackers such as Latios, Thundurus, or Manaphy. Leftovers is the primary item of choice, however a Chople Berry can also be run, and allows Ferrothorn to take a Focus Blast from Mega Gardevoir and Thundurus, or a Superpower from Choice Band Azumarill, making it a safer check to those Pokemon.

Lastly, I'd change your Latias spread to 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe | Timid Nature | with a moveset of Draco Meteor, Surf, Roost, Healing Wish. As i mentioned in the introduction, max SpD Latias isn't an optimised set, and a spread with SpA investment and Surf will much better support the team, still allowing Latias to check the likes of Keldeo and Thundurus, whilst also having Surf to lure bulky Ground types such as Gliscor and Hippowdon, as well as other Pokemon such as Heatran. Latios could also work in this slot, with Hidden Power Fire (for Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and Scizor) or Calm Mind (to act as another wincon) in the Healing Wish slot.
