Okay, so originally i posted this team on serebii forums. Its been a while (~5 days), and i have gotten no advice there, so let me see if anyone here can help me improve this team.
The idea with this team is set up ingrain with smeargle in some fashion, then baton it to its team mates, who will then proceed to build up massive defensive boosts, and then culmiate by passing said boosts to espeon, who will then wreck everything with stored power.
Espeon@Leftovers
Magic bounce
Bold
252 Hp/252 Def/4 SpD
-Calm mind
-Stored power
-Dazzling gleam
-Baton pass
Espeon is the only pokemon who can simultaniously learn baton pass and have the ability magic bounce. This allows me to baton pass to it when i know my opponent is about to use roar or whirlwind. It also tends to turn into what i mainly use to sweep stuff after i have enough boosts, sometimes being able to OHKO chansey with stored power when i start sweeping. Dazzling gleam is there to hit dark types which are immune to stored power.
Scolipede@leftovers
Speed boost
Calm
252 Hp/ 252 SpD/ 4 Def
-Iron defense
-Substitute
-Baton pass
-Protect
His job is to acquire speed boosts and defense boosts. I haven't put any investment on speed because, quite frankly, it isn't useful. After 1 speed boost he has an effective 390 speed. After 2 he pretty much outspeeds everything that i would worry about. The iron defense helps me set up other pokemon easier.
Smeargle@focus sash
Own tempo
Timid
252 Hp/4 Def/252 Speed
-Spore
-Ingrain
-Baton pass
-Magic coat
The idea here is to lead with him and set the opponent to sleep, the set up ingrain, then baton pass it to someone else. Ingrain is very useful, as it provides constant Hp regeneration while also rendering whirlwind and dragontail and such ineffective. The fact that the opponent is crippled by sleep is also very useful. Magic coat is on the set in case it gets pitted against something like klefki, and many a battle have been won by a bounced taunt.
Gorebyss@leftovers
Swift swim

252 Hp/252 Def/4 SpD
-Amnesia
-Scald
-Aqua ring
-Baton pass
Before anyone berates me for using gorebyss over mew for an amnesia passer, consider this: mew and espeon are both psychic types. If i used mew, there would be absolutely no way to switch into a strong bug or dark type special attacker. Scald is on the set merely so that it doesn't get taunt trapped, but otherwise scald generally isn't gonna get used. Aqua ring can be useful for passing to its teammates who lost their leftovers to knockoff.
Vaporeon@leftovers
Water absorb
Calm
252 Hp/252 SpD/4 Def

-Baton pass
-Acid armour
Again, another pokemon whose job is to build bulk. Water absorb lets me switch it into water type attacks for free. High-Hp substitutes also function very well, especially if it has gotten other defense buffs from its team-mates. Usually his job is done by scolipede, but in the case where there is a fire type or something that wants scolipede dead, vaporeon can be a good alternative to boost defense.
Gliscor@toxic orb
Poison heal

252 Hp/252 Spe/4 Def
-Baton pass

He is my only physical attacker, and can function without baton pass support. He can set up substitutes, and with his high defense, they have a good chance of surviving. He also is a back-up in case the chain fails, in which case he can somewhat function without it, and remove some counters.
