XY OU Bulkymons

Hey there, it's been awhile since I last posted an RMT, mostly because the teams that I do make suck. But I decided to end my copy and pasting streak and making a team for me that really suits my likings. I introduce to you (with no further cohesive material) the team.

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Def / 160 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Pursuit

I started with Bisharp because it is probably my favorite Knock Off user and checks the fairy-monstrosity, Clefairy. With access to incredibly high attack stats and a varied (sike) moveset it is bound to help with many OU threats today, specifically things like CM Unaware Clefairy (my personal nightmare) and Gengar. Choosing the moveset wasn't too hard, I stuck to the Knock Off+Iron Head core along with SP to help grant me some priority and the unexpecting Pursuit to catch things along the way. The stats are a bit crazy but I wanted to make sure that my Bisharp could stay long enough in the game without heavily requiring assistance from the team (switching out every play). I put some Sp.D EV's there because, again, it will allow for to take full advantage of Bisharps amazing attack while also maintaining it alive.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split

Knowing that Bisharp could not last long in battle despite his EV's I decided that I would need something else to take hits for him. I chose Rotom because of its versatility and its amazing ability to take hits (ability should be balls of steel, this little dude has taken so many hits for pokes :D). Making a core using Bisharp and Rotom was pretty easy seeing as how my little Rotom could take CC's while recovering using Pain Split and other Fire type attacks with relative ease. Rotom's moveset was also farily easy to decide upon as I had used Rotom before. The EV's are set so that it can outspeed other fully defensive invested Rotom and get some chunks of damage off.

Heatran @ Power Herb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Magma Storm
- SolarBeam
- Toxic
- Taunt

This pokemon has always been fairly fun for me to use considering I never really run it. I decided to put him in for the fun. I have never actually made a team utilizing Heatran so I couldn't decide on an actual set. I really need suggestions for this set.

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Wave
- Psychic

I needed something that could hit hard and at the same time be fast so I decided on a specially invested Landorus. I have really had fun abusing Sheer Force with Life Orb on PS as it take no HP from you and grants free power!! (Well only after you deduct the status removal, but hey thats 1.69x power increase, if my maths are correct.) The set was made to provide coverage mostly. Focus Blast for annoying Ferrothorns, Psychic for the Gengars and Venusaurs, Sludge Wave for da fairies, and STAB Earth Power (wrecks Heatrans).

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 200 HP / 56 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Defog
- Brave Bird/Filler

Stealth Rocks users are always hard to find, I wanted to utilize ferrothorn but I was like, "nah that's too mainstream." So i decided on using the bionic bird, and I'm glad to say that it really has paid off. The Sp.D EV's are meant to allow for Skarmory to slightly survive that T-bolt and hopefully get one layer of spikes and a set of rocks up. Sturdy is there to help maximize survival rates. Im just surviving lol.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Claw

Finally the sweeper on the team, the bane of all grass types, and of course, the dancing dragon. This mon helps with breaking walls. I chose Charizard X over Y because not enough people actually realize the potential that this mon has. Accessing one Dragon Dance allows for instant carnage on the other teams. I wanted to take full advantage of Zard-Y and decided to take stab moves, dragon claw and flare blitz. Notice I didn't use outrage because I know that many people find counters to my weakness when confused (and I don't have a really great experience with Outrage). I chose Earthquake as my filler because it hits so many pokemon with such a great force.

Welp, that's the team, I know it's really noobish but your help would be greatly accepted. I love playing with teams I made myself and I would really benefit from your criticism.
