I'm not good at figuring out how CPUs but the RAM and GPU on that thing look insanely good.

If it can run Doom, you're good

(jokes aside, the GPU is great, 2tb of ssd memory is great, the cpu looks fine, but at this price, only 32gb of ram sounds low af. I'd have expected 48 gb or even twice this amount. Also, if you're able to buy a computer piece by piece instead of a laptop, at this budget you could have a crazy good one.)

I dont need a PC. Laptop is easier to lug around and use much more my style
