Welcome to the first NFE Classic! Players will compete in separate tournaments for the ADV, DPP, and BW generations, culminating in a final where players will have to put their knowledge of all 3 generations to the test to have a chance of taking home the glory!
The format consists of three separate tournaments: the ADV Cup, the DPP Cup, and the BW Cup. Each tournament is single elimination, best of three. Depending on your performance in a Cup, you will be awarded points. The point system is the same as the one used in Smogon Classic. When all the Cups have been finished, the 8 players with the most points will advance to the playoffs. This year's format will be a best-of-3. Higher seed choses the first tier and then the loser of each battle choses the next one.

Tour Specific Rules:
- This is a standard BW NFE tournament.
- The format will be best-of-three, single elimination.
- Changing teams between matches is allowed.
- Rounds will last the standard 1 week.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! or on the smogtours server.
- Replays are mandatory. Lack of replays will result in a coinflip.
- Activity calls will be made by me, potentially with neutral assistance from a TD. Coinflips will be done publicly on PS!
- As such, it is imperative to schedule publicly on your opponents' walls. Please do not schedule via PMs or Smogon convos.
- You are expected to know and follow all general tournament rules.
