hi :) idk if it's kosher to post a resource for a specific lower tier but i've been building in BW NU and have been dying not having speed tiers, so i fought with chatgpt for a bit to get it to spit out the below basic speed tiers for all of the pokemon from S to B- in the viability rankings.
nuances such as scarf mons, +2 gorebyss/ludicolo/drifblim, etc. are missing but this should be a solid resource and it took me less than an hour to assemble. if anybody feels like compiling common boosted raw stats, feel free to drop them in the thread and i'll be happy to recreate the chart
if it makes more sense i'm also happy to create a BW NU megathread for VRs, speed tiers, maybe some sample teams, etc.
