BW OU Team in Need

Ok so, my main goal here is to finalize the plans for a team that I can construct on the actual DS version of the game, not just Pokemon Online. We all know how annoying it is to build a team on the DS and then find out that it sucks. So, for that reason, I want you to tear this team apart.... in a nice way. One more thing, these sets and EVs have all been taken from the analyses since I'm still getting familiar with this gen, so ya, all these sets should sound familiar. Without further ado, here you go:

Krookodile@Choice Scarf
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Attk/252 Speed/4 Sp.Def
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-Pursuit

Since I've been using Pokemon Online, I haven't really had a constant lead. Krookodile, however, is most commonly my lead. It does a great job of neutralizing Ninetales and Tyrannitar, and its great attack stat helps it take out or put a significant dent into a lot of pokemon. It's subpar speed stat has been remedied by Choice Scarf, and honestly, I wouldn't have planned to keep it in for very long anyways. It functions as an excellent revenge killer and it can take more of a hit than most expect. However, that said, it is the most expendable part of my team and first place I would look to change.

Dragonite@Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Multi Scale
EVs: 252 Attk/ 252 HP/ 4 Speed
-Dragon Dance
-Roost
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake

Dragonite is by far my favorite pokemon, and I've experimented with a variety of different sets for him. So far, this set has felt like the most usefel one because it makes the best use of Dragonite's incredible durability this gen without much extra assistance. I've considered Life Orb, but it would really take away from Dragonite's ability, and it's really unnecessary as I can almost always get one or two DD's in anyways. I usually bring him in on Forretress or Ferrothorn, set up one DD on the switch, and then another on the ensuing Ice Beam from the switch-in, and proceed to sweep. This Dragonite has gotten me a couple of 6-0 wins, and it's definitely worth keeping around.

Reuniclus@Life Orb
Nature: Bold
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp.Def
-Psychic
-Focus Blast
-Calm Mind
-Recover

What's not to love about this thing... when it's on your side, that is. If I feel like it's too early to be using Dragonite or if it's unsafe for Dragonite, I usually roll with Reuniclus. It takes hits like a champ, and is my best option, only option, really, to take Toxic and W-o-W's. General plan here is to switch in on a physical attack that isn't Crunch or U-Turn(even U-Turn isn't really anything for Reuniclus to be afraid of, unless it's coming from a boosted Scizor), Calm Mind up, and sweep. I've found that I'm best at utilizing bulky special sweepers, and Reuniclus fits that role perfectly.

Scizor@Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP/ 40 Attk/ 216 Sp.Def
-Bug Bite
-Bullet Punch
-Roost
-Swords Dance

So at this point, it seems like there is an awful lot of set up sweepers on my team. Well, I'm not sure if 3 is above or below the norm, but I feel like it's a little much. However, this massively overused pokemon fits perfectly on my team, as without it, I find myself unable to stop a sweep. It covers Reuniclus's and Dragonite's main weaknesses, and well-timed switch ins allows me to set up a sweep of my own.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP/ 252 Def/ 8 Speed
-Scald
-Wish
-Protect
-Roar

Purely supportive, no sweeping of any kind coming from Vaporeon. My main reason for using it over Suicune, other that the fact that I feel dirty whenever I use a legendary no matter how not-broken they are, is Wish. Wish allows Dragonite to retain his multi-scale, and it's a perfect way to give the rest of my team a little more longetivity. I'm heavily considering Toxic over Roar in the last slot, though, because there seems to be more Rapid Spinners recently, rendering my Stealth Rocks(see Heatran below) useless. Also, I'm finding it harder and harder to stop sweeps with Roar because Vaporeon has a tough time lasting long enough to get a roar off :P

Heatran@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Sp.Def/ 4 Sp.Attk
-Lava Plume
-Earth Power
-Toxic
-Stealth Rock

Ok so I used to have a Ferrothorn here, but, while I hate Heatran, I have found that it fits into my team much better. It covers Scizor's weakness and it still allows me to get rocks in. It also is the only thing on my team with a fire attack, meaning it is my best way of countering opposing Scizors and Ferrothorns. My main question here is whether or not I should replace Earth Power with Substitute. I'm leaning heavily towards it. Additionally, if there is a better alternative to Heatran that fits this sort of defensive role, I would love to hear it, as it's going to be pretty tough to find a perfect Heatran for my actual game.

Well, there you go, my team. It's full of weaknesses, problems, oversights, and errors, and my request to you is to edit anything you see fit for editing. Anything. The main problem to my team has been Gliscor. Anyways, suggest away, I'm sure there's a ridiculous amount of holes that can be filled

You should take out scizor or ferrethorn it causes too much weakness to fire.

You will have a huge problem to skarmory try to fix that.
