Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go deep within the Relic Castle and find Ryoku of the Seven Sages through the entire maze. He will be standing before the entrance to the room that contains a wild Volcarona. After finding him, talk to him and he will give you the TM for Calm Mind.

Specific Location: Traverse the Route and head towards the small opening full of grass near the end. Head west until coming across a bridge, pass the Hiker and the male Veteran, and head east towards the ledge in order to claim the TM.

Specific Location: When entering Route 1, head west towards the shallow islands. Use Surf to reach the island northwest of the Fisherman where the TM for Toxic is found.

Specific Location: Head to the center of the route and find the escalators that lead to the north. Use Strength to slot the boulder in place to allow access to these stairs, then climb them to claim the TM nearby.

Specific Location: Before entering the Dragonspiral Tower, use Surf to traverse to a small patch of land to the east of the bridge. The TM is located south of the female Ace Trainer.

Specific Location: You can buy the TM for Explosion from the leftmost attendant in a Gear Station Exchange Service Corner for 48 BP.

Specific Location: Head to the fourth floor of the tower and claim the TM next to the female Ace Trainer.


TM66. Payback

General Location: Route 16

Specific Location: Follow the path until encountering the boulder north of the male Backpacker. Use Strength on it and head to the right. The TM should be west of the female Backpacker.


TM67. Retaliate

General Location: Nacrene City

Specific Location: The TM for Retaliate is received after defeating Lenora in the Pokémon Gym.


TM68. Giga Impact

General Location: Route 9

Specific Location: The TM for Giga Impact can be bought from the rightmost clerk on the second floor of the Shopping Mall Nine for 90,000 Poké dollars.


TM69. Rock Polish

General Location: Chargestone Cave

Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, head for the lowest level of the Chargestone Cave. In the southernmost point of that floor, Bronius of the Seven Sages will have you battle two Plasma Grunts before he gives you the TM for Rock Polish.


TM70. Flash

General Location: Castelia City

Specific Location: Starting from left to right in the city, head to the second road. This leads to an alleyway where, directly behind the dumpster, is a man that will give you the TM for Flash as soon as you cross paths with him.


TM71. Stone Edge

General Location: Challenger’s Cave

Specific Location: Traverse the entirety of the cave until you are in the deepest floor. Use Surf and immediately take the first path that diverges to the south. When encountering an opening to the west, land and jump over the ledge to claim the TM nearby.


TM72. Volt Switch

Electric

General Location: Nimbasa City

Specific Location: The TM for Volt Switch is received after defeating Elesa in the Pokémon Gym.


TM73. Thunder Wave

General Location: Nimbasa City

Specific Location: The TM for Thunder Wave can be bought from the clerk closest to the entrance at the Nimbasa City Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké dollars.


TM74. Gyro Ball

Specific Location: The TM for Gyro Ball can be bought from the clerk closest to the entrance at the Nimbasa City Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké dollars.


TM75. Swords Dance

Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, head towards the Dreamyard and traverse the entirety of it through the basement. After exiting the basement, follow the path until you encounter Gorm of the Seven Sages on the southeasternmost corner of the area. Talk to him to receive the TM.

Specific Location: The TM for Struggle Bug is received after defeating Burgh in the Pokémon Gym.

Specific Location: You can buy the TM for Psych Up from the leftmost attendant in a Gear Station Exchange Service Corner for 48 BP.


TM78. Bulldoze

Specific Location: Before the player enters the cave, the TM is given by Clay after he clears the entrance.


TM79. Frost Breath

General Location: Icirrus City

Specific Location: The TM for Frost Breath is received after defeating Brycen in the Pokémon Gym.


TM80. Rock Slide

General Location: Mistralton Cave

Specific Location: Go to the second floor of the cave, and push the first possible Strength boulder. Follow the path until coming across the second bounder, and immediately head north. Climb the nearby stairs and follow the path until coming across the dead-end and the TM.


TM81. X-Scissor

General Location: Route 7

Specific Location: Follow the path until coming across the second house. Head east and cross the dark patch of grass with the raised walkways to find the TM.


TM82. Dragon Tail

General Location: Opelucid City

Specific Location: In Pokémon Black, the TM for Work up is received after defeating Drayden in the Pokémon Gym. In Pokémon White, Iris must be defeated instead.

Specific Location: The TM for Work Up is received after defeating Chili, Cilan, or Cress in the Pokémon Gym.


TM84. Poison Jab

Specific Location: After exiting from Driftveil City’s entrance, stop by the first bridge and use Surf to get to the strip of land that contains the TM.


TM85. Dream Eater

General Location: Dreamyard

Specific Location: Traverse the entirety of the Dreamyard through the basement. When you end up in the southeastern corner outside, follow the path west through the dark patches of grass and go down the next flight of stairs. The TM for Dream Eater is near the patch of grass at the end of the corridor.

General Location: Pinwheel Forest

Specific Location: After entering the forest, go to the west and follow the path until reaching a junction that it split by a log you can walk through, which is divided into a north and a south portion. Go south and follow the path through the grass patches until seeing a small body of water in the center. The TM is north of this body of water.

Specific Location: You can buy the TM for Swagger from the leftmost attendant in a Gear Station Exchange Service Corner for 36 BP.


TM88. Pluck

Specific Location: You can buy the TM for Pluck from the leftmost attendant in a Gear Station Exchange Service Corner for 36 BP.


TM89. U-turn

General Location: Route 13

Specific Location: There is a girl with a Wingull situated atop of a bridge. In order to access the TM, you must find three Grams that are scattered around the route. Gram 1 is found by talking to the old man next to the shore that is visible from where the Wingull is situated. Gram 2 is in the second item ball located farther south of the bridge where the Wingull is. Gram 3 is given to you by a Parasol Lady that is found south of the cliff where the Wingull is. Once all grams are collected, give them to the girl in order for the Wingull to drop the prize.

General Location: Twist Mountain

Specific Location: During Winter, head to Twist Mountain and go to the outside area. Head north and, after climbing the pile of snow, follow the path and enter the cave. Canvas the first general area until encountering a male Ace Trainer, then follow the path to the west of him until finding the TM.


TM91. Flash Cannon

General Location: Twist Mountain

Specific Location: Trek the entire mountain until getting to the bottom floor, and head towards the entrance near the two bulldozers. Follow the path until arriving at the room with the Icy Rock and claim the TM in the northeast corner.


TM92. Trick Room

General Location: Abundant Shrine

Specific Location: Traverse the place until you end up in Landorus’s shrine. From there, head east and use Surf to cross the body of water. Briefly follow the path until you find the TM in a corner.


TM93. Wild Charge

General Location: Victory Road

Specific Location: From the Pokémon League entrance, head south and go to the leftmost part of the male Pokémon Ranger. Slide down until reaching a floor, then slide down once more and head right across the bridge to get the TM.


TM94. Rock Smash

Specific Location: Prior to entering the Pinwheel Forest, a Battle Girl will gift the TM to you when spoken to.


TM95. Snarl

General Location: Castelia City

Specific Location: This TM is special in that it is unobtainable without hacking as the event item for it was never released. The key to obtaining it is located on the eleventh floor of the left building before the entrance to Route 4. If one hacks the Lock Capsule in-game, speaking to Mr. Lock unlocks the capsule which contains the TM.

HM01. Cut

General Location: Striaton City

Specific Location: Fennel will offer the HM immediately after defeating the Striaton City Gym.


HM02. Fly

Flying

General Location: Driftveil City

Specific Location: After defeating Clay, head towards the west exit of Driftveil City and defeat Bianca to get the HM.


HM03. Surf

Water

General Location: Twist Mountain

Specific Location: Before entering Twist Mountain, battle and defeat Cheren. After doing so, Alder will give away the HM.


HM04. Strength

Normal

General Location: Nimbasa City

Specific Location: Directly above the Pokémon Center, go to the leftmost house and speak to the Ace Trainer on the first floor. He will give the HM when spoken to.


HM05. Waterfall

Water

General Location: Route 18

Specific Location: Make sure you are able to pass the lone house in the middle of the route. Head west past the female Backpacker and find the long, elevated ledge with patches of grass. The HM lies at the end of said path.


HM06. Dive

Water

General Location: Undella Town

Specific Location: The Lady that is located near Cynthia’s villa to the left of the Pokémon Center will give you the HM when spoken to.
