Start to build from Sword Dance Lucario.

This is a very broken pokemon unimaginable that opens holes in the enemy team. However, he also needs his support. Precisely for this reason insert Thundurus-T, which with its broad coverage and its move neutralizes most of the counter Lucario.

The striker's special team, I wanted to use the choice specs to cause a lot of damage, also surf benefits from rain.The use especially to go with some predict and do some serious damage thanks to draco meteor

The Pokemon I chose for the chance to have the priority and my opponent to sleep. It has a high attack already of if, but thanks to stat up SOWRD dance and fight gem his match will be very powerful punch with nothing to envy to other moves struggle. Uttilizzo Breloom especially for Terrakion that a hard to Lucario.

Okay looks better now. So an offensive Rain team built around Lucario. The team itself looks pretty solid but there are some changes that can be made to improve the team. Seeing as how you choose Lucario to have Close Combat / Swords Dance / Bullet Punch / Extreme Speed, you need to be able to get past Gliscor, Landorus-T, and Jellicent before you can sweep with it. The rest of the team seems to be able to handle all those pokemon I listed with relative ease.

I don't like the idea of using Scarfed Politoed for your team. Scarf Politoed doesn't really make much of a revenge killer as it lacks power behind its attacks even under the rain. I would suggest using Choice Specs Politoed over Choice Scarf Politoed. This gives you a huge power boost that you would lack before and allows you to net be able to outspeed Choice Banded Tyranitar running 116 Spd to outspeed Skarmory.

Moving on to Thundurus-T. Double Dance Thundurus-T is a huge threat in OU but is susceptible to being revenge killed by Strong priority. I would suggest trying out the bulky Thundurus-T set. The spread gives you better overall bulk while still outrunning everything you need to, i.e. scarf latios and below after the Agility.

Last few minor changes would be to use Choice Scarf Latios now that you already have a Choice Specs Pokemon in Politoed. This would now be your Revenge Killer. Then add Spikes on Forretress over Volt Switch. Then you should be set.

This is a solid offensive rain team, I like the synergy of your offensive threats. I do have some suggestions that might help improve it though. Looking at your team, I see a weakness to Quiver Dance Volcarona. Volcarona can set up on Politoed locked into Ice Beam/Perish Song, Forretress, and Breloom if he has already slept something or if Volcarona is packing a Lum Berry. After a dance, Volcarona can sweep pretty easily with Bug Buzz and Fire Blast. To give your team a Volcarona check while still maintaining your offensive pressure, I recommend trying a Dragon Dance Gyarados over Lucario. Gyarados resists both of Volcarona's STAB attacks and can easily take out the moth with Waterfall. In return, he fills the role of Physical Sweeper that Lucario currently holds. You can try varios sets but I suggest an offensive Life Orb Gyarados with a moveset of Dragon Dance / Waterfall / Bounce / Return. Waterfall and Bounce provide great coverage with each other and Return is primarily for Rotom-W who is OHKO'ed at +1. Gyarados is a very effective sweeper in a metagame with the most common core consisting of Tyranitar, Keldeo, and Landorus and can easily sweep after grabbing a boost.

On Politoed, try Toxic over Surf. Toxic gives you a nice way to cripple things such as Latias and Jellicent who commonly try switching into Choiced Politoed. For Thundurus-T, I suggest a more efficient EV spread of 152 HP / 252 SAtk / 104 Spd with a Modest nature. This spread outspeeds Scarf Keldeo at +2 and provides you with more power initially as well as a nice chunk of bulk that makes setting up easier. Also try Jolly nature on Breloom. This causes you to lose some power but then you can speedtie with opposing Breloom as well was outspeed defensive versions. I would play around a bit with the two natures.
