I think Manmuu's item will be decided by the Metagame. The reason it is AScarf right now is I have no way of stopping an enemy Raikou. ASManmuu comes in on a TBolt/Sub/CM and then 2HKO's Raikou (OHKO if it is Subless). HP Ice will not OHKO Manmuu and Glion can handle HP Grass versions. CB does allow for alot more havoc, it just makes it hard to switch in.
