I'm new to National Dex and I've used this team a couple of times and would like to ask how to improve it

Charizard-Mega-Y (M) @ Charizardite Y

It's your basic Charizard-Y from past gens, nothing special, but it's what I mainly use in wall breaking
Garchomp (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide
This Garchomp sets stealth rocks and is your standard one, Earthquake is a must have obviously
Darmanitan-Galar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Gorilla Tactics
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
- Icicle Crash
- Stone Edge
My glass cannon, Darmanitan is used to mainly attack and be used to wall break or clean the remaining Pokemon
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
EVs: 248 HP / 128 Def / 20 SpA / 112 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Protect
- Roost
- Volt Switch
Zapdos is used to defog hazards and screens, that's just it
Grimmsnarl (M) @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Fake Out
- Thunder Wave
- Spirit Break
Grimmsnarl is used to paralyze the opponent and is basically the one who has a safety hazard Darkinium Z in case something happens
Melmetal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Atk / 24 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Earthquake
- Thunder Punch
- Ice Punch
He is used as the main tank in the team, he's the one I switch out to in case a Pokemon can't survive a hit
It's nothing really special I really want to know how this team can fare against the meta
