Can anyone recommend a S. Def wall?

I noticed that my team needed one and all I can think of are Defensive walls.

I'm only using Blissey and/or Cresslia as a last resort so obviously, don't suggest those.

So, help anyone? Movesets, EV spreads, natures and such would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.

works like a charm. It sitll has a base 100 defense, so it works well.

Mantine is basically the retard brother of skarmory, but all he can really do is Haze and toxic. Regice is good, but has a bad fighting weakness. And dusknoir is vary good, but it has very low HP.

I personally use Milotic. Calm Mind pokes that can learn a recovery move work too, like Slowbro.

On a more serious note, lax should do. Regice gets raped too badly by stealth rock imo. Look at the analysis thread for movesets and junk.
