Can anyone tell me how this Japanese player's Cresselia used 13 Moonlights?

I also watched it, I counted either 7 or 8 (too sleepy to know exactly but I know I didn't see 13 moonlights...that would have been half the turns in the battle)
 
Definitely wasn't 13. For what it's worth, you could attach a Leppa berry to use more than the 8 you get from PP max, but you would see it activate if that was the case...

Next time I would advise posting something like this in the simple questions thread (stickied at the top of the forum) as this doesn't need its own thread
