SM OU Can somebody rate my team pls

First i am a noob my max elo in ou is 1100,but i think that my team is good but with your help it can be better.
Well lets start.

Medicham-Mega @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Ice Punch
- High Jump Kick
- Zen Headbutt

The team is created around mega medicham with him attack it can OHKO a lot of pokemon also i use mega medicham because meg medicham can counter poke like tiranitar, greninja , weavile, and chansey that the people use them a lot. I use zen headbutt to good STAB and hidden power ice because its a strong attack. Fake out i use it when the opponent will change and to stop attacks like outrage . Ice punch to all type dragons


Heatran @ Firium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Magma Storm
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock

I use heatran because pokemons like clefable, tapu bulu, tapu fini are strong against mega medicham so i put heatran to counter them also i use heatran to counter all pokemons type grass like serperior with leaf storm, specially to counter kartana or ferrothorn for example Ferrothorn gyro ball makes ×2 to mega medicham. And I with magma storm i make ×4 against ferrothorn also I use magma storm to good STAB. Taunt to pokemons like chansey if he is using protect, after taunt i would make the Z attack

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden power [ice]
- Pain Split

I use rotom w because pokemons like gliscor or landorus T with earthquake make ×4 against heatran so i use rotom w because it have (levitate) and with hidden power ice i make ×4 to them also I use rotom w to counter pokemons like mega garchomp or tornadus. I use hydro P and thunderbolt because are good STAB, hp ice to all dragon pokemons

Serperior @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Contrary
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Defog
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Glare

I used serperior because rotom w it's weak against pokemons like gastrodon, swampert or greninja with protean, so i can make a leaf storm and OHOK also I use serperior because i can spam leaf storm with contrary my SpA would be higher. I have hidden power fire because types like bug and ice are strong against serperior and with hpfire i can counter a lot of pokemons for example mega scizor although i prefer heatran to counter mega scizor

Excadrill @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin


I use excadrill because it has mold breaker and with it i can counter all rotom types, toxapex, alola raichu, Eelektross that it does not have a weakness also
I use excadrill to counter pokemons like ferrothorn, clefable tapus and specially heatran that with a ground type attack i would OHKO him, Earthquake and iron head are good STAB, Sword dance to make my attack higher and rapid spin to frees leach from ferrothorn for example

Tapu Lele @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

I use tapu lele because pokemons like Mega Charizard Y, Mega Lopunny, Keldeo are strong against excadrill so I use tapu lele because with psychic surge i make de double damage against M Charizard,M lopunny and keldeo. Also i use tapu lele because it can counter pokemons like kyurem kommo o. I use moonblast, psychic and psyshock because its good STAB hidden power fire to counter serperior and kartana for example

Hey bro, i've seen this and i think i can help you to improve your team. As i see it your team lacks a Greninja-Ash check cause it can just spam dark pulse and win, also you can't switch against almost any physical mon, mainly medi and lopunny, and kazam looks also very threatening.

Major Changes:

: Magearna helps a lot here, being a soft check of gren ash preventing it to spam dark pulse and it is also useful against alakazam, tornadus... And medi/lele love slow volt turn to gain momentun.

: Glare + Defog Scarf Serperior was very inconsistent for the team, Kartana is a good revenge killer and late game sweeper, and fills some of the holes the team had with serp.

: Lando is by far a better ground type than exca, it helps you against lopu and other threats, you gain rocks, since i removed tran you needed them and you can use it with u turn to gain momentum or with toxic to help with bulky grass types mainly.

Minor Changes:

: I recommend you a bulkier rotom wash set which helps the team a lot, and it is by far a better defogger than serperior.

You could also try the team with iapapa berry lando and cm z tapu lele but i prefer this version, hope you find it useful n_n
