Other Can these Pokemon run Hyper Offense?

God I hope I posted this in the right area. I am in a league similar to the GBA. If you do not know what the GBA is, I suggest you look it up before saying my team does not synergize as well as [x] pokemon. At some point in my schedule, I face a team that drafted Blisskarm with Mega Sableye. I was thinking of running hyper offense against this team, and here are the tools available to me. The pokemon I was considering using against him are Zygarde, Mienshao, Staraptor, Smeargle (most likely not as a lead because magic bounce), Drapion, and Latios. These are the fastest, hardest hitting pokemon available to me. 5 out of 6 can setup if needed. Latios can also use dual screens and Memento if I choose to bring it. Do you guys think that this is able to go hyper offensive?
