Invalid can we temporarily unban mew latios and latias in gen 3?

I know that some years ago arceus was unbanned for a year in gen 4 and people voted at the end of the year about if he should go back at being banned or stay unbanned.
can we have the same about the pokemon mew latios and latias?

mew has got the exact same stats with jirachi and celebi,neither of which is banned.

and latios and latias are pretty ballanced when they are not holding the soul dew,so can't we just ban the soul dew and unban latios and latias?
