Can you rate my team? Yeah, thats a challenge!

With this OU 1v1 team I am able to win around 70%. There is lots of room for improvements. You can do anything with my team, change Pokemon, stat redistributions, move switches, ect; in fact, I encourage it!

Togekiss *Lead
468.png

Nature: Timid
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Evs: 6Hp, 252Spe, 252SpA
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Flamethrower
- Nasty Plot

Im not sure if I like this as a lead instead of of anything on my team that can support or baton Pass to a sweep. I am also not sure if I should choice spec Togakiss and fill a 4th slot or keep Nasty Plot. This pokemon is basically used to Nastyplot and sweep, if any item(other than leftovers) could benefit, do tell!

Breloom
286.png

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Posion Heal
Item: Poison Orb
Evs: 6Hp, 252Hp, 252Spe
- Spore
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb

My Favorite pokemon. This reeks havock if it is the recipient of a swords dance/rock polish baton pass.

Starmie
121.png

Nature: Impish
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Choice Specs
Evs: 6HP, 252Spe, 252SpA
- Psychic
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Bolt

I like this setup because Starmie is very powerful and easily eliminates sweepers with low Special D. My main problem is Starmie is useful in many situations and Choice Specs force me to switch out when I could otherwise score a OHKO.

Dusknoir
477.png

Nature: Impish
Ability: Pressure
Item: Leftovers
Evs: 252Hp, 28A, 228D
- Will-o-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Shadow Sneak
- Ice Punch

My one and only wall. Works kind of effectively IMO. Mabe my team could use another wall, you tell me.

Scizor
212.png

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
Item: Choice Band
Evs: 244Hp, 252A, 14Spe
- U-Turn
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch

Yeah, Yeah, I got a Scizor like 90% of teams w/e. This is the standard revenge killah setup. I like this pokemon because it is usually the recipient of a Gliscor baton pass. If I get 2 swords dances from Gliscor, this things sweeps quite effectively with bullet punch.

Gliscor
472.png

Nature: Jolly
Ability: Sand Veil
Item: Leftovers
Evs: 196Spd, 60Spe, 252Hp
- Baton Pass
-Sword Dance
- Rock Polish
- Earth Quake

This pokemon basically sets up for a sweeper. Took the old role of my ninjask, not sure if that was a good trade though.

Other Concerns:
I was thinking of including something that stealth rocks, or maybe hazes/pseudo hazes, because i have trouble with late game sweepers an teams with leads who inflate stats(Ninjask ect).

I am not sure if my team has a versatile enough moves.

CHANGES

For Better or for Worse Togekiss was replaced with Machamp. Bad Idea?

Machamp
68.png

Nature: Adamant
Ability: No Guard
Item: Leftovers
Evs: 248Hp, 252A, 8Spe
- Dynamic Punch
- Substitute
- Payback
- Stone Edge

Starmie Now runs this and is now lead.

Starmie
121.png

Nature: Impish
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Choice Specs
Evs: 6HP, 252Spe, 252SpA
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Bolt

no stealth rock support means scizor has trouble sweeping.
tyraniboah can also wreck serious havock.
go with grass knot or recver on starmie. physic has little coverage.
good team though

I agree. Scizor takes care of Ice pokemon. Nice team. I suggest getting a non-hacked Scizor, probebly one that doesnt know Bullet Punch twice xD. Replace one of them with U-turn =]

WTF is this, your Togekiss isn't bulky at all, why Leftovers? :0 He wants Life Orb.

I don't know if Starmie can learn Trick, but if it can, I'd suggest giving it that in place of Psychic.

Gliscor is cool and a great baton passer, but you don't really have anyone for him to pass to, which seems kind of weird / problematic to me. :\ There aren't really any clear-cut sweepers in here, you should probably add someone like Salamence, Lucario, Metagross, Dragonite, etc. in there instead of Gliscor. Scizor is a good BP recipient except for it's Choice Banded, which sucks because you're practically guaranteed to lose your boost, and Superpower is no good on a BP recipient, banded or otherwise. You could tailor Scizor to be your BP recipient, but get rid of his band and give him Brick Break instead of SP. ...oh and you have Bullet Punch on his set twice for some reason. :0

Try this instead of Gliscor if you want to keep Scizor with a Band:

Metagross @ Leftovers / Lum Berry / Life Orb
Adamant Nature
124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 Spe
- Agility
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Zen Headbutt / Thunderpunch

Zen Headbutt VS Thunderpunch depends on how much trouble Rotom gives you. If Rotom is a problem, go ZH. If Bulky Waters give you trouble (bar Swampert, but you have Breloom to handle him), use Tpunch.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!

I have tried out many of the things you guys said and changed my move-set for starmie, togakiss has a life orb, and that scizor bullet punch was a typo.

I took Banryu's advice and got rid of my glisor, but metagross didn't work out too well as a sweeper because my team now has a huge disadvantage to fire types. All I need now is a sweeper that really compliments my team; any suggestions? Please I would like to stay away from any legendary pokemon.

ok first off your togekiss's moveset get rid of flamethrower its pointless you worried about steel, ice you have aura sphere you worried about grass or bug? you have airslash flame thrower is not needed replace it with roost and make him bulkier if your going nasty plot.

next i agree with GoldFish give your scizor U-turn

asfar as Gliscor goes either make him bulky and keep him for the botton pass or replace him with a more dominant sweeper or wall...if sweeper id say infernape (which gets rid off your fire problem) and if you go wall id recomend maybe a curslax for a wall that can do some damage or you could just go with a traditional blissey

hope this helps =)

Okay that's true, the fire thing is a problem, hmm... Try DD Kingdra instead maybe? CM-type sweepers aside, it was the best thing I could think of to add a Fire resistance to your team and also be good at sweeping, and unlike Salamence, it avoids adding any extra weaknesses in the form of Ice and Rock, which you already don't have many resistances to, and instead you just get the Dragon weakness. Good synergy with Scizor, I suppose... Since no one outside your lead has a Fire attack, you could use Rain Dance in the last slot, but my personal favorite option is Substitute, and Draco Meteor is also pretty good.
