Can't Decide Between teams

Im having problems deciding what team to use can someone help me the first one i think counters all the weakness of the team and the other i tried to counter standards i dont think i did that good so can someone help me.

My lead poke very strong mixed attacker he can take can of water if he gets a scheme in and he helps against Skarm and other steel types and helps with Bliss. But he still has a weakness to Flying and psychic which is why i used this guy.

Good fast Choice Bandertakes care of Infernapes weakness to flying with Ice Punch and is not affected by Psychic and Blade test kills Psychics. Aerial ace takes care of its weakness of fighting and Bug. but stil has a weakness to fire and rock which is why i used this guy.

Im not sure if Hi jump Kick and BLaze kick are illegal Egg moves so just incase i will use In Fight to get rid of Darks, Earthquake for Electrics, Blaze Kick for Grass and Bug, and crunch for Ghosts. Now i have 2 Walls take a look at it.

I think the First team is Better what do u think
 
Give Starmie Thunderbolt so you wont be Walled by other Waters, especially Pokemon like Lapras who absorbs Water and is 4x resistant to Ice Beam (and carries Thunderbolt), or Walrein who is 8x resistant to Ice Beam b/c of Thick Fat and can set-up Curse.

Sure, you can switch Starmie to get a pokemon to handle Waters, but it's just easier to have Thunderbolt.

For your 2nd Team, you have 2 Pokemon 4x Weak to Ice Beam, and only Milotic and Lucario to take the hit. If that pokemon, say is Electivire, he can also Earthquake your Lucario, or Thunderbolt your Milotic.

Put Hp Ice over Sludge Bomb on Gengar for Bolt/Beam. Use Energy Ball to handle Swampert, since Lucario can hit Tyranitar with Pulse Bomb, and is 4x Resistant to Stone Edge/Crunch.

I am a little concerned what will happen when their Tyranitar gets 1-2 Dragon Dances in. Torterra can Take any TyBoah thunderbolts, and is resistant to Stone Edge, as is Lucario, but Crunch VS Torterra is a concern as is EQ VS Lucario.

I would say keep Torterra as your Swampert counter, and take off Energy Ball from Gengar to give it Focus Bomb. However, unless Swampert Curses, Swampert is naturally faster than Torterra, and can 4x Ice Beam before you can 4x Wood Hammer Swampert.

Maybe invest a little bit of speed (36 Speed Evs) so you are 1 speed above Swampert and that way you can stop it.

I do like your team as 4/6 are immune to Sand Storm, 2/4 are immune to Spikes, and 3/4 are immune to Poison Spikes. Finally 2/6 are 2x resistant to Srock, and Lucario is 4x resistant.
