Can't migrate pokemon?

Alright I have no idea how I can help to fix this, it seems like I've done everything. I tried to migrate 6 pokemon the other day, but it said I had to wait 24 hours. This was odd because I hadn't transferred in days. I tried to change the game clock and sync it with leaf green, then tried emerald, but it still gives me the 24 hour message. I tried waiting a full 24 hours without changing the DS clock once, and it STILL gives me this damn 24 hour message.

What is going on with my game?
 
Every time you adjust the game clock, it resets the amount of time you have to wait until 24 hours. So wait a full 24 hours before trying again.
