I like mirror armor due to power budgeting over defiant and having more interesting potential use cases, I like unaware for the reasons mentioned as well as breaking past defence boosting sweepers without needing a crit, and flash fire for having better power budgeting over water absorb (as it doesn’t heal and cover a weakness) as well as having a more interesting dynamic with team building - putting on a mon to bait fire moves to boost cap31’s own prowess.

Moxie is cool on paper, but seems annoying to fight - honestly still fine as an ability. Defiant is just a version of mirror armor I like the idea of using on cap31 less (primarily for power budgeting reasons), and water absorb is just kinda boring in comparison to other abilities here - but eliminating a weakness means that something else would need to be sacrificed when deciding stats or movepool.

Speed boost’s synergy with dstorm is much more strenuous than most other abilities here, and it also creates power budgeting issues that could lead cap31 pigeonholed into the same set - like blaziken was when it got the ability. Poison heal removes a form of counterplay to dstorm’s boosting, but the counterplay ignored is much more common - leaving less room when power budgeting - as well as pretty much forcing cap 31 to use toxic orb, along with the synergy with dstorm being much less defined than other abilities such as defiant.
