Final Submission
90 HP / 73 Atk / 57 Def / 78 SpA / 78 SpD / 64 Spe (BST: 440)
Statspread's loosely based on the Snorlax line, who I feel might be most analogous as a comparison over Bellibolt's as something with a high BST (540, to be exact) and less mobile. This is (as of writing) the highest BST of all subs, and would admittedly qualify Flox for CAP NFE rather than CAP LC, but seeing as how I expect it to retain Sticky Hold means it's definitely on par with Gilgar or Porygon in role, so might as well embrace it.
Half of Shox's HP (136/2=68 HP) seems a bit too low for Flox, so we're going for roughly two-thirds instead. Shaved off 30 in Defense and its Special stats, based on how the Snorlax line loses -25 in its Physical & Special stats; Flox's Attack stat however is the same as pre-post-lookback Shox's as a fun reference; there are instances of Pokemon getting significant stat nerfs upon evolution (most infamously Larvesta or many Alolan Pokemon), so I'm wanna try and set the precedent for CAP as well.
My justification for the Attack nerf from evolution relates to Flox's musculature development: Flox has a visible neck, which Shox loses (
ask Amamama to shave Shox again, and you'll see what I mean), so it's still able to exert a similar power level with its Physical moves (if you look at its movepool, those that don't involve stomping or a full on Tackle involve a bit of head-on action), but it focuses on supporting its weight and anchoring itself after evolution.
Added around 8 points to its Speed because I feel that the younger Flox is slightly more nimble as it doesn't have as much weight for its legs to be needing to support, not that it's as nimble as say, Deerling...
