Statspread's loosely based on the Snorlax line, who I feel might be most analogous as a comparison over Bellibolt's as something with a high BST (540, to be exact) and less mobile. This is (as of writing) the highest BST of all subs, and would admittedly qualify Flox for CAP NFE rather than CAP LC, but seeing as how I expect it to retain Sticky Hold means it's definitely on par with Gilgar or Porygon in role, so might as well embrace it.

Half of Shox's HP (136/2=68 HP) seems a bit too low for Flox, so we're going for roughly two-thirds instead. Shaved off 30 in Defense and its Special stats, based on how the Snorlax line loses -25 in its Physical & Special stats; Flox's Attack stat however is the same as pre-post-lookback Shox's as a fun reference; there are instances of Pokemon getting significant stat nerfs upon evolution (most infamously Larvesta or many Alolan Pokemon), so I'm wanna try and set the precedent for CAP as well.

My justification for the Attack nerf from evolution relates to Flox's musculature development: Flox has a visible neck, which Shox loses (ask Amamama to shave Shox again, and you'll see what I mean), so it's still able to exert a similar power level with its Physical moves (if you look at its movepool, those that don't involve stomping or a full on Tackle involve a bit of head-on action), but it focuses on supporting its weight and anchoring itself after evolution.

Added around 8 points to its Speed because I feel that the younger Flox is slightly more nimble as it doesn't have as much weight for its legs to be needing to support, not that it's as nimble as say, Deerling...

96 HP / 25 Atk / 67 Def / 73 SpA / 68 SpD / 61 Spe (390 BST)

Decided to be a bit more competitively mindful here (for CAP LC obviously) with this submission, although I did have a couple flavor additions as well. 96 HP / 67 Def ensures that Flox doesn't need too much defense investment to survive Liquidation from +2 Tera Water Shellder. I went with 61 Speed since I would imagine Flox being more mobile than Shox due to its smaller size and less bulky build, and it's a nice even number that doesn't change any speed tiers.

73 Special Attack doesn't really have any logic outside of me liking the reference that Ayecrusher made in his spread and wanting to copy it in some capacity, and 25 Attack is there to make it so that Flox gains the same amount of Attack and Special Attack whenever it evolves. 68 Special Defense is just because I wanted to ensure our Special Defense was higher than our Defense while also being around where I wanted to park our BST (I was originally planning to go lower but given the high BST of the other spreads I figured it wasn't really necessary) and I also didn't want to make it too bulky on that side as well.

91 HP / 33 Atk / 57 Def / 75 SpA / 65 SpD / 76 Spe [BST: 395]

In my opinion, normal types having high HP used to skew either being about body mass or about vitality. I chose the body mass route, so Id think a calf would have a significantly lower HP stat than an adult while still being a sizable guy so 91 felt like the most reasonable amount. Most of the other stats felt like simple scaling down of the Evo stats without the need for specific justifications, but I intentionally made Flox significantly faster because as a young, much lighter energetic calf that is also Electric type, having a comparatively higher speed stat felt right for it.

Since it’s very likely Flox will get the busted combo of Sticky Hold and Eviolite, we can’t over-tune his bulk in terms of LC. He’s still gonna be a chunky lil’guy but one that's slimmed down, oriented in his father’s image.

HP and SpDef that would be among the highest in CAP LC would allow Flox to emulate Shox’s role in base CAP, as well as having solid enough offenses to make use of this bulk (he also he shares an Attack stat with Ababo). A middling Speed stat rounds things out, a bit higher than Shox’s due to being a more agile and energetic baby, and being able to speed tie Mienfoo & Co at level 5.

I also like the sloping look of this spread, as the stats continually increase the further down you go, with HP overshadowing them all.

My main inspiration here was the Teddiursa line - even though it's a three stage line, I still feel like regular Ursaluna is the best comparison we have to Shox since it's also a slow, bulky, hard-hitting part-Normal type with a BST of 550. Of course it's not an exact 1 to 1 since Flox and Shox are a two stage line, but I did lean more into the Teddiursa angle because it and Flox are both really cute first stage Normal types. I intentionally made Flox a little less bulky and a little faster because not only is it in that really cute baby herd animal stage where it can bound around and be silly, it's also not as fluffy/fuzzy as Shox, and I imagine that having less of that tightly coiled, dense, copper wire-esque fur makes it a bit easier to move around.

I've chosen this very particular stat spread for a few reasons. Primarily because this guy's most likely going to get the incredibly useful combo of Sticky Hold + Eviolite, which hasn't been the most realized, but can be VERY dangerous, especially if given reliable recovery like Milk Drink. And with Shox's pretty extensive utility move pool, if one were to take advantage of that, I think it'd be more important to not have this thing not just be The Comically Stupid LC Mon. Reason 2 is because of its general design.
I just think it wouldn't have a special defense equal to its special attack, even if regular Shox does it. Having the prevo being "more offensive" in a sense is actually pretty fun.
also I would just like to participate in stats. I like stats.

Went with a loose pattern of -30 on all stats, with more taken out of HP and less out of Attack and Speed to reflect the skinniness of the design. Similar jump in stats overall between Skiddo and Gogoat (180~).

Same "Magikarp" route as last time, except I decided to buff the HP simply because I like when prevos have one big stat.
