I think that you should add the 4th gen Create a Pokemon to your server because i really enjoyed using them, think about it.

Yes, they are, you need to install the client update. PO, however, is not yet programmed to allow them to be used in DPP battles. I am working toward fixing this in my spare time, though I will admit it's been slower than I'd like with CAP1 running.
