My rain CAP team, I've been testing it for a while and was hoping you guys could help make it better.

The rainmaker. 244 Speed EVs let it outspeed Max speed Ninetales. Perish song is to get things that I want out, out. When i was testing, Kitsunoh wrecked my team repeatedly so HP Ground kills it and gives a nice shock (Pun intended) to some electric types.

A ChestoRest Cyclohm. A nice 4x resist to Electric type attacks if gastrodon faints, and just a nice tank overall. Speed EV is to outspeed 0 Speed Colossoil. Debating moving that up one for 4 Speed Colossoil and other base 95s, like Gliscor, and Kyurem-B.

The most recently added team member after getting swept by a DD Gyarados. Also provides a fighting type attack to help break steels and is my only stop to anything that sets up. Speed EV to outspeed 4 Speed EV Base 95s.

EVs: 60 HP / 252 SAtk / 196 Spd

- Sludge Bomb
My spinner, Toxic spike absorber and setter, and favorite pokemon :3. Useful for switching into water attacks and stopping any grass-types i may run into. Speed EVs let it outspeed 0 Speed EV Base 100s, including Celebi. Also absorbs burn and poison.
Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature

- Toxic
- Earth Power
My backup Water immunity and Electric immunity. Also has the best attack for taking down Kitsunoh. Normal EVs for some physical bulk.
Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

My revenge killer. This team was where i discovered the miracle of Scarf Latios, and this pokemon has stopped so many sweeps for me. Trick to stop any defensive pokemon trying to cripple stuff with status.
