Hello again, everyone here already knows who I am, and I don't really have a ton to say regarding this stage right now, so I'll just go over a couple of formalities before I open the floodgates

As the Stats Leader, I reserve the right to reject any spreads that I deem to be too powerful and/or are engaging in BSR abuse. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me, and I'll try to identify any problems I have with your spread and offer some suggestions to help make them more suitable for submission. Also, when constructing spreads, please remember to use the most up-to-date BSR Calculator (which can be found in the OP) and that you have the correct T-value of T = 2 (you can change the T-value by going to the sheet labeled "Turns Value (T)" and changing the number in the green box to 2). Finally, make sure to supply relevant damage calculations, as these often play a very crucial role in determining which spreads make it onto the slate and which are left on the cutting room floor.

This spread is inspired by Pokémon with sky-high Attack stats, like Landorus-Therian and Hoopa-U, that function more in Utility/Tank roles than as pure wallbreakers, while nevertheless retaining that option. The Attack stat of 139 is chosen to reach key 2HKOs on standard physically defensive Arghonaut after Leftovers, defensive Great Tusk, and Offensive Zamazenta without investment and a neutral nature. 67 speed ties with Corviknight and outspeeds some targets for Taunt, like Snaelstrom or Venomicon, or stuff that switches into us like Clefable or Shox, ensuring they don't get off free Stealth Rocks or Glares when they force us out.

This spread allows a bit of customizability and for us to choose our matchups, which I show in the following spreads:

Spread 1: EVS: 248 HP/180+ Def/80 Spe (Impish)

While reaching the offensive 2HKOs mentioned above, this spread can live two Ivy Cudgels from Terastallized Wogerpon while always 2HKOing it back (or OKHOing the base form). Offensive Great Tusk's Ice Spinner has only a 3HKO chance, and while Offensive Zamazenta gets a guaranteed 3HKO, we always 2HKO both back. The 80 points dumped in Speed shoots us over Arghonaut, preventing the use of its Spikes or Recovery, although Beak Blast pressures it by 2HKOing despite boosts anyway if it is not Terastallized into a neutral typing.

252 Atk Wellspring Mask Tera Water Ogerpon-Wellspring-Tera Ivy Cudgel vs. 248 HP / 180+ Def Mandibuzz: 160-190 (41.7 - 49.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 Atk Mandibuzz Beak Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tera Water Ogerpon-Wellspring-Tera: 166-196 (55.1 - 65.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Assumed EV Spread: 248 HP / 88 Atk / 92 Def / 52 SpD / 28 Spe
Assumed Nature: Impish

You're going to have to bear with me a bit as I explain what I've made here. For all calcs, I have used an EV spread of 248 HP / 88 Atk / 92 Def / 52 SpD / 28 Spe with an Impish nature. This is the spread I came to while working with these stats as covering the most bases defensively with the rest shuffled into Attack.

Let's go over the offensive calcs first. The big offensive calc I wanted to hit was a guaranteed OHKO on Ogerpon-W with Beak Blast, which this spread achieves. For Speed, 64 Speed naturally outpaces Snaelstrom, preventing it from using Toxic with Taunt. With the 28 EVs from my assumed EV spread, it also outpaces Corviknight, which can be helpfui for keeping it low and preventing Pressure from eating into Beak Blast too much.

Defensive calcs are where this spread gets more interesting. This spread, with the assumed EVs and Impish nature, can survive 2 Tera Water Ivy Cudgels from Ogerpon-W. Additionally, it can take 2 Make It Rains from Choice Scarf Gholdengo. My goal was to make a truly impressive defensive Flying-type, something that would justify it's place in the builder over Pokemon like Tornadus-T through its bulk. Something I wanted to preserve was Dragapult as a not totally solid matchup. This spread obviously easily eats Shadow Ball and physical sets alive, but specs Draco Meteor still exactly 2HKOes.

Calcs:
88 Atk Honchkrow Beak Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Ogerpon-Wellspring: 332-392 (110.2 - 130.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
88 Atk Honchkrow Beak Blast vs. 248 HP / 224+ Def Arghonaut: 218-260 (52.7 - 62.9%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
88 Atk Honchkrow Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 104 HP / 0 Def Kitsunoh: 320-378 (97.8 - 115.5%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Wellspring Mask Tera Water Ogerpon-Wellspring-Tera Ivy Cudgel vs. 248 HP / 92+ Def Honchkrow: 170-202 (41.7 - 49.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Gholdengo Make It Rain over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 52 SpD Honchkrow: 341-405 (83.7 - 99.5%) -- not a KO
252 Atk Zamazenta Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 92+ Def Honchkrow: 144-170 (35.3 - 41.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

This spread rides the BSR cap just sneaking by with .01 to spare! Main things about this spread is having enough of a Speed stat to be uninvested and still Taunt a good chunk of the slower Pokemon all while tanking hits from multiple threats 37 should check as well as smacking back with a solid Attack stat.

An EV spread of 248 / 128 / 48+ / - / 84 / 0 allows 37 to hit a ton of benchmarks with this wonderful stat spread!

A fairly all-rounder set, made with the purpose of being flexible in what IV's it could run. I'll work on the explanation in a bit.

This spread leans into the priority of Sucker Punch and Beak Blast, and gives up on naturally outspeeding other Pokemon (though it is formidable under Trick Room). This spread frees up EVs from Speed so users can opt to maximize attack, or invest EVs in bulk and rely on natural high Attack to break. The bulk with 252 HP/0 Def/0 SpD hits some solid benchmarks against meta threats, being relatively difficult to 2HKO while with further EV investment, can avoid some KOs that are rolls without defensive invesstment (like +2 Gholdengo Make it Rain).

Notable defensive calcs include living 2 Make it Rains from Scarf Gholdengo, 2 Ivy Cudgels from Ogerpon-W, and not being 2HKO'd by Boots Great Tusk Ice Spinner or Boots Zamazenta Close Combat at 252 HP/0 Def. This even lives Tera Fairy Hemogoblin's Extremespeed, which is impressive.

Notable offensive calcs include 2HKOing Clefable with Beak Blast (Can ignore Moonlight and pressure forever), KOing offensive Gholdengo with minimal investment Sucker Punch, and OHKOing Great Tusk always with Beak Blast. Sadly, it is only 30% to OHKO offensive Zamazenta with Dauntless Shield, but you can't have everything in life.

Of course, this nukes Revenankh like we want. Additionally, it can't do >50% to our intended checks (Zapdos, Garganacl) after item is removed, and always goes after, so we lose the 1v1. Let's ignore the fact that this blows through Shox and Cresceidon...

EDIT: After feedback on Discord, I made it 6 Speed for a nice 530 BST (they didn't like 9 speed for some reason). No change to BSR since SF not affected by this at all.
