Rules​
  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week as started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Post replays. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later. They're also required.​

Breezin' Breezis (3) vs (5) Heartbreaker Hemogoblins
SV: Kaif vs LpZ- incredibly banger match. think Kaif and the breezi braintrust come in w/much more experience within CAP, but spoo and company should be able to get anyone in very good shape meta knowledge wise. Highlight match af, 55/45 LpZ
SV: RTM vs kDCA- i can't say i'm super familiar with either, but I know kDCA more
SV: TKC vs sealoo- putting a bet on sealoo 7-0 on draftkings rfn
SS: zioziotrip vs QWILY- another epic match, both great players. think Zio is elite, dunno how either do in SS nowadays, slight bias, all add up to zio win
SM: Potatochan vs seth- honestly flipped a coin, both these dudes are great. seth has some really fun ideas here i know so will be super fun to watch this season
ORAS: voltorblover483762 vs Foolycl- high on fooly, plus I get flashbacks to grinding Voltorb Flip reading this name and get angry
BW: Chomp29 vs TGA- I think TGA'll have a big bounceback this season, but Chomp's late season performances last year are hard to ignore
DPP: Nuxl vs Sheik :- sheik was fire last year and think they should repeat their performance

Super fun games in this set. I can't say I'm super familiar with a lot of the Breezis, but I said this last year and they smoked pretty much everyone.

Golden Time Equilibras (4) vs (4) Wu-Tang Clants
SV: Spammernoob vs Mada- I think its funny to think of spammer in SV as a "what is a polar bear doing in arlington texas" moment, but after last year's ORAS run its hard not to think of it that way. He's no slouch in SV either, and should have a solid season, but I know Mada's been a demon for him often
SV: One Last Kiss vs JJ09LIE- fire game, two great players, I think JJ's just my SV1 overall
SV: dunoks vs Galarian Blades- shsp predicts against mr blades again, can't wait to be immediately proven wrong within 3 turns
SS: Dj Breloominati♬ vs Fogbound Lake- match of the week? incredibly hard to call and I love both players, think fog has legitimate plot armor though
SM: LBN vs hex- I have to say I'm so, so very petrified of what LBN's gonna cook up.
ORAS: JayHeaven vs Micaiah- kicks ass to see Jay back in the game, think this is a brutal week 1 matchup tho
BW: Adriyun vs neomon- no clue how either does in bw so flippage
DPP: velvet vs Plague- I know velv better so bias pick

Fog-Spitfire is gonna feed families. Mada-Spammer is a cool storyline game, too, lot to watch for in this one.

SV: jackuzzler vs Baddy- baddy's been on a tear iirc, rate him super highly. Jack's done quite well too, though, should be fun
SV: haxlolo vs Quinn- favoring one of the carries from CL here
SV: metagross does architectu vs Irene- tough mu for MDA, lot to prove. think Irene's quite solid
SS: Slowpoke Fan vs entrocefalo- this match is SUPER hype, i'm very excited to see both cook. entro's more familiar here, though
SM: EatFoods vs pannu- love both players, pannu I think'll have some really creative stuff as always in CAPPL season
ORAS: Steam Buns vs The Strap- Buns x-0 incoming? strap should be a really fun watch here too, but buns is buns
BW: Dusk vs seraphz- not super familiar with either
DPP: Lazuli vs crying- DPP match of the week, overall match of the week contender. crying has been FRYING from what i've heard

Feels like both of these teams really would love to start off the season in the W column. really, really excited to see how this turns out and to see crying play lol
