Hello Guys, welcome to another one of my Monotype RMT. Today I will be showing you one of my best and favorite teams, my bug team!

Saftey Scizors (Scizor) (M) Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Roost
- Swords Dance

Saftey is one of my best sweepers any bug user could ask for. Aside from the fact that its my favorite Bug Type, this thing has great stats, an awesome Mega, and neutralities to most bug weaknesses. After a Swords Dance, Saftey can OHKO (or 2HKO) anything that doesn't have a steel resistance with a Technician-Boosted Bullet Punch. Bug Bite is also a great STAB move, OHKOing any Dark, Grass, or Psychic type (unless Ferrothorn, Venusuar and Metagross)

Galvanizer (Galvantula) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sticky Web
- Thunder

I love Galvanizer. Hes fast and powerful, yet any Super-Effective move kills the poor guy, so thank god for Focus Sash. Anyway, aside from being a threat to almost anything it outspeeds, hes also useful for some Sticky Web Support. I used to run Bug Buzz on him, but swapped it for HP Ice because Gliscor can wall me to hell. Thunder's accuracy gets a nice boost due to Galvanizer's Ability: Compounds Eyes, so any Gyarados would probably want to think twice before messing around with him. Giga Drain is also a good coverage move for most bug types, OHKOing most Ground types that block my Thunder.

Sun Bug (Volcarona) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

- Giga Drain

Sun Bug is an AMAZING special sweeper. its fast, its signature move makes it stronger almost every time you use it. Quiver Dance is a great move to start up with, boosting its special stats and speed, after a QD or 2, shes ready to sweep. Firey Dance deals extremely heavy damage to anything that doesnt resist or is immune to fire, Bug Buzz is also also deals good damage, aswell as going through subs. Giga Drain deals with annoying rock types who think that a single Rock Blast will OHKO her.

Hercules (Heracross) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge

I love Scarf MoxieCross. in fact, I love Heracross in general. I had one in SoulSilver, and it rocked the house. Anyway, Hercules is a great mid to late-game sweeper, Stone Edge and Earthquake encourages the removal of Flying and Fire Type, both of them being able to easily beat my bugs. Megahorn is it's strongest STAB move, OHKOing alot of pokemon, even with bug neutrality. Close Combat gets rid of Steel threats to my team (provided if Skarmory is ded).

Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Explosion

Don't you love Suicide Leads? They take out the hassle of taking one down by killing themselves! Take Shellnut here, let it set up a Stealth Rock and a few Spikes, and then it goes BOOM! Bye-Bye a Go-Go! but don't touch it, because it'll force you to switch out to a random ally, and if Shellnut explodes on the same turn, RIP in Pepperoni! If it survives, it wont much longer because I'll use Saftey or Hercules to clean up the mess!

Battle Bug (Armaldo) (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Rock Slide
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet
- Rapid Spin

Well if you had a large weakness to Stealth Rock, you'd have a backup Rapid Spinner/Defogger aswell! Anyway, Battle Bug's other role is to prevent Fire Types from 6-0ing me. I run Rock Slide over Stone Edge because of the higher Accuracy, but either way Charizard is screwed. Aqua Jet finishes off Any clucthers, Pokemon with Sturdy or Focus Sash.
