Caught in the Snow! A hailroom team!

Hello everyone, and Happy Holidays to all! Ive always wanted to combine my two favorite things in pokemon, Hail and trick room into one powerful team that works together. My current team has been working decently, but im pretty sure it can see improvement in quite a few areas. Thanks in advance for any and all rates. And now the team thus far:

Abomasnow-Mega @ Abomasite
Ability: Snow Warning
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Blizzard
- Energy Ball
- Protect
- Ice Shard

The Main guy on this team, although he isnt always the first to be tossed out, he usually participates in most battles. Able to set up his weather efficiently since his speed is the slowest out of all the weather starters, once he goes mega hes a pretty impressive tank, except to fire xD Blizzard and energy ball clean up most of the competition, with Ice shard there for when TR runs out and i need a quick KO. Protect helps me stall a turn to get TR to to KO a potential threat. Nature and evs are pretty standard.

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 SDef / 252 HP / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Trick Room
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Protect

Reuniclus has always been one of my favorite pokemon since hes like a DNA pokemon. With his ability Magic Gaurd it not only lets him negate the hail but the side effect of life orb as well. Enabling him to function pretty well in the hailroom team. Quiet nature and ev spread allow me to maximize his offensive potential while increasing his bulk a bit. His ev spread might require some tampering, but not sure to what. Psyshock and Focus Blast are his two primary weapons with protect as usual to stall. I've debated trying to remove protect for another attack but im not quite sure.

Glaceon @ Focus Sash
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Blizzard
- Protect
- Hidden Power [Dark]
- Shadow Ball

Glaceon is my favorite eevee, and since his ability is snow cloak, i thought he'd work decent on this team. Although i'll admit he might need some replacement, as he's a mono type, and we all know ice isnt the best of them. Also his movepool isnt that big, limiting him to but a few ddecent moves to use. Gave him a focus sash since glaceon is so squishy, but at times even that cannot save him. Blizzard of course, and Shadow ball seemed pretty good on him, but as for a third attacking move i honestly had no idea, and threw Hidden power on him for the time being. Any suggestions for a replacement here or something of the sort would be highly appreciated! :D

Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect

As my team has a weakness to fire, and to help counter rain teams or just to have something agiasnt water pokemon in general i've brought rotom-W aboard the hailroom train. With sitrus berry and nature/ev spread, ive tried to increase his longetivity while still being able to dish out some hurtin. Hydro pump and thunderbolt , two decent moves with good power to put on him. Althought i hate when hydro pump misses, its still the best option out there i think. Will o wisp to help weaken those heavy physical sweeps and or tanks such as tyranitar and the works.

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Trick Room
- Shadow Punch
- Fire Punch
- Protect

My usual choice for when choosing who to send out to setup TR, although his health isnt that great, his defensive nature+ev spead and his leftovers help make him into a decent tank. And with his ability Frisk im able to see what items my opponent has, and usually when they toss out two potential megas, see which one has the stone and with my partner Hariyama, fake out the one hes going to mega while i setup TR. Shadow punch is a great STAB, and since it never misses is a pretty good option. I used to have a different move in place of fire punch, but as i seem to have trouble with steel types, i tossed in Fire punch to see if it helps. If anyone has some options for a better movepool or replacement please let me know. TY

Hariyama @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Fake Out
- Stone Edge
- Protect
- Close Combat

Hariyama while not being a tank, has a pretty impressive health. Further improved by the ev training , he obtains significant bulk while dishing out a lot of damage! Once toxic orb kicks in, its usually a 1hit KO with close combat or Stone Edge. Fake out buys me time to setup TR or to stall while i take out a threat. Only thing i hate about hariyama is whenever he attacks , his butt takes up the entire screen :(

Well thats the team, i can take criticism well so whatever you guys have to say let me have it. Any and all rates are highly appreciated. Thanks again and enjoy your holidays.

----------------------------Adjustments being made------------------------------------

Chandelure @ Focus Sash
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Heat Wave
- Shadow Ball
- Protect
- Trick Room

Abomasnow-Mega @ Abomasite
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 208 SAtk / 252 HP / 48 Atk
Quiet Nature
- Blizzard
- Ice Shard
- Wood Hammer
- Protect

Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 140 SDef / 252 HP / 116 SAtk
Quiet Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Protect
- Will-O-Wisp

HailRoom is really damn cool, one of my favorite team styles.
A couple of things you might want to consider are as follows:
Wood Hammer over Energy Ball - whilst it seems like an odd choice, Abomasnow certainly has the power to go mixed and Wood Hammer scores one significant OHKO that Energy Ball doesn't get, 252 HP Politoed. It still maintains an OHKO on the standard Rotom-W and will beat Assault Vest variants that Energy Ball would not. Another Pokemon it hits harder is Tyranitar in sand which is pretty annoying for your team to face.
Focus Sash Chandelure over Dusknoir - Your team really does feel the pressure of both MegaZardY and Talonflame. Chandelure helps patch these issues slightly thanks to it's immunity to Fire-type moves. Coupled with Rotom-W you'll find these two threats much more manageable. Sash Chandy also packs a punch and provides useful Fire and Ghost-type STABs. It also gives you a nice answer to Scizor who could otherwise be annoying to face. Thanks to the Sash, it can also set up Trick Room in the face of Char Y / Garchomp which is a popular offensive core.
Change Rotom to:
Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 140 SDef / 252 HP / 116 SAtk
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect
This spread allows you to survive a MegaZardY Solar Beam and a whole bunch of other special attacks. Volt Switch is the best Elect option as it allows you to adapt to the field and switch out to whatever suits the situation best. WoW burns physical attackers and Protect is standard.
HP Fire > Dark on Glaceon - Hidden Power Fire will give you an option to hit the Steel-types that otherwise are a real pain your team to deal with.

Another thing you may want to consider is your lack of an answer to taunt. Fake Out deals with a lot of Taunt users but there are some situations where it isn't enough, for example if the oponent uses a Ghost-type with Taunt. To help patch this issue up, you may wish to use a Mental Herb on Reuniclus.

Thank you for the rate, i have honestly been having trouble with tyranitars that come my way, hopefully the mixed aboma will help things out. I'm sad to see dusknoir go haha but your right chandelures presence would be much appreciated :D Thanks for the rest of the rate, gonna get to work on it pronto. Anyone who has any further rates is highly appreciated as well. Thanks in advance

As you've noted, glaceon can only accomplish so much, primarily because of its limited movepool. To stay within the idea of a slow blizzard abuser, I would recommend Regice.

Regice @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 24 Def / 232 SAtk
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spd
- Blizzard
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam/ Focus Blast
- Rest

Regice is considerably more bulky than glaceon and it also has a slightly better movepool, primarily in thunderbolt to hit pesky water types. In regards to focus blast or ice beam, it is mainly a matter of if you think you can control the weather war. If you think you can, then putting focus blast on your repertoire allows you to hit heatran (and kangaskhan if you are willing to risk the miss) harder. If not, then ice beam allows for accuracy out of hail. Rest is on the set because Regice's natural bulk allows for survival of many hits, and it would be possible to rest of the damage (I think you could get more total hp back from rest, but if you prefer auto-recovery, then use leftovers).

Regice's natural bulk allows:
The physical investment allows for survival of
252+ Atk Talonflame Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 24 Def Regice: 306-362 (84 - 99.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Regice's natural special bulk requires no need for invesment
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Heat Wave vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Regice in Sun: 218-260 (59.8 - 71.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Mega Charizard Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Regice in Sun: 306-362 (84 - 99.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

If you would prefer to run a sassy nature (+spdef, -spd),
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Heat Wave vs. 252 HP / 0+ SpD Regice in Sun: 200-236 (54.9 - 64.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Mega Charizard Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 0+ SpD Regice in Sun: 282-332 (77.4 - 91.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

A quiet nature would most likely be preferred though seeing as you are using this pokemon as a special attacker and not a special defender.

If you would prefer a non mono-type ice type that is still slow, I would say walrein. The bad thing about walrein is that its primary water stab is surf (hits your teammates), as it does not get scald nor does it get hydro pump. The gained neutralities against steel and fire are probably worth the gained weaknesses to grass and electric (hail teams always appreciate blizzard abusers not weak to fire and steel).
And if you are ok with your ice type being a little fast, rotom-frost is always an option, especially choice scarf rotom-f as a fast pokemon on your team in case of emergency (not getting trick room up).

Finally, hariyama is naturally high in hp, so investing into either defense or special defense (or both) would be a better use of Hariyama's ev's. Here would be an example
252+ Atk Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Hariyama: 474-560 (96.3 - 113.8%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 252 Def Hariyama: 338-402 (78.7 - 93.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Try out this ev spread. 252 Atk/ 248 Def/ 8 Spdef. This allows for survival of the brave bird + hail damage and also maximum attack investment. The 8 spdef are just leftovers.

Good luck! :]

Ty for the rate :D, modified hariyamas evs to better suit his defenses. Walrein seems pretty good but im having a hard time coming up with a decent set for him in this team. Any suggestions? i like glaceon and have been trying to get Hp fire/ground on it as well, but its proving rather difficult. :( thanks in advance

In response to your pm
Hiya. I was just recommending lapras to go along with the theme of hail room (and I didn't want to deviate to far from your glaceon idea). If you are willing to deviate, I would highly recommend a fast mode for your team. As you may have noticed, your team is relatively slow. Adding lapras (besides being redundant) would not help with this problem. I would recommend keeping rotom, and switching lapras for the faster kanga. mega-kanga/regular kanga helps mitigate your ghost weakness, and then hits back ghosts with scrappy attacks. Finally, it would be a faster fake-outer to help guarantee the trick room gets set up. :]

yeah your right, ill just store the lapras for now. Gonna keep the rotom with the above descriptions and have khangaskhan come in for lapras. Going to modify the descriptions above with the new khangaskhan. Plan to use it as an alternate mega probalbly. if theres any thoughts let me know. Think im gonna use Hammer arm since its a TR team and it lowers speed. Thanks for all the help thus far :D
