  • Scizor is a strong priority user and a solid pivot, since it can force out many foes with its strong Bullet Punch, good coverage options, and strong U-turn.
  • Bullet Punch is Scizor's most valuable tool, as it scores OHKOs on two notable threats in Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane, as well as hitting other foes hard, like Iron Bundle and the plethora of Tera Fairy users.
  • Tera Steel is used to further boost Bullet Punch. Most notably, this allows it to 2HKO Chi-Yu and Koraidon, as well as OHKOing Iron Bundle after Stealth Rock.
  • Close Combat is a crucial coverage move to meaningfully damage Corviknight, and it helps against other foes like Ting-Lu, Iron Treads, and Kingambit too. It 2HKOes or OHKOes all of them.
  • Technician-boosted Thief is used to 2HKO Skeledirge and OHKO offensive Gholdengo.
  • The Speed investment allows Scizor to outspeed common defensive staples like Skeledirge, Corviknight, and the rarer Pelipper, as well as other slow attackers like Kingambit and Iron Hands.
  • Scizor fits well on teams featuring Koraidon and/or Miraidon, as its strong Steel-type priority can back them up against their common checks in Flutter Mane, Iron Bundle, and Chien-Pao. Great Tusk is another great option for the same reason.

do we really need to slash quick attack ?

Mostly good, I just think you are overselling this thing too hard. When I think of an Ubers momentum machine Scizor is not what pops up in my head lol.
Close Combat is an amazing coverage option that allows it to be more immediately threatening against Ting-Lu and Corviknight who both get 2HKOed. It also crucially hits Iron Treads and Kingambit giving it an incredible edge when facing off against them.
This kinda wording just feels like a bit much.

There's also a lot of fluff writing here; you don't need to say that Iron Bundle is "increasingly common" for example. GP will handle that but I'm just letting you know now.

Scizor fits well on Double Dragon teams featuring both Koraidon and Miraidon
I think it's better to mention that Scizor works well with both Koraidon and Miraidon rather than specifically saying both together.

Get rid of Quick Attack's mention too, Thief seems too valuable.

  • Scizor is a strong priority user and a solid pivot momentum machine thanks to its ability to threaten out many foes with its strong Bullet Punches, (AC) accompanied by good coverage options, with the bonus of hitting the switch-in with a and a strong U-turn.
  • Bullet Punch is Scizor's its most valuable tool, as it allows it to score OHKOs on Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane, two notable threats, both top pokemon, while also having the ability to hit other foes hard like the increasingly common Iron Bundle and the plethora of Tera Fairy users. (AP) running around.
  • Tera Steel is used to further boost Scizor's strongest asset in Bullet Punch. This most notably allows it to 2HKO Chi-Yu and Koraidon , as well as and OHKO Iron Bundle after Stealth Rock.
  • Close Combat is a crucial coverage move that allows it to hit foes like Ting-Lu, Corviknight, Iron Treads, and Kingambit. Ting-Lu and Corviknight (that both get 2HKOed), but also Iron Treads and Kingambit.
  • Technician-boosted Thief is boosted by Technician making it a respectable 90 Base Power Dark-type attack, which (dex info) can be used to 2HKO Skeledirge and OHKO offensive Gholdengo. (AP) variants 100% of the time.
  • Quick Attack can be used as an alternative to Thief, (AC) as it provides a better revenge killing tool against a weakened Tera Fire Koraidon or Miraidon. (AP) down at low HP. (i left or instead of putting and because miraidon doesn't run tera fire IIRC. replacing or with and would imply that miraidon uses tera fire)
  • The Speed investment allows Scizor to threaten it to get the jump on common defensive staples like Skeledirge, Corviknight, (AC) and the rarer Pelipper, (AC) as well as other slow low Speed attackers like Kingambit and Iron Hands.
  • Scizor fits well on teams featuring Koraidon and/or Miraidon, and teams featuring Miraidon, as it can back either of them up with strong Steel-type priority moves against their common foes in Flutter Mane, Iron Bundle, (AC) and Chien-Pao. (AP) that are used to threaten the Dragons.
  • Scizor also enjoys the company of offensive Great Tusk, (AC) as the aforementioned Flutter Mane, Iron Bundle, (AC) and Chien-Pao often threaten Great Tusk, which Scizor helps keep in check.

Steel-type priority moves
Implemented everything other than this because it didn't really make sense (it's not plural, it's only Bullet Punch) and there was one more thing that didn't make sense also, can't recall what it was exactly. Just to clear this out if I worded it to sound wrong, I didn't mean anything negative, just things I think go without saying (but not for more casual users) that I thought needed an explanation for why they weren't implemented to not look like I'm actively ignoring or disrespecting anyone.
