With its STAB combination and coverage options boosted by Nasty Plot, Celebi stands as a large threat to bulkier teams, particularly with Aerodactyl, Alolan Muk, and Nihilego removed. Celebi thrives by threatening bulky Water-types and other passive Pokemon like Hippowdon in order to set up a Nasty Plot. Giga Drain and Natural Cure give Celebi the ability to set up and break the opposing team multiple times. Celebi is able to threaten offensive Steel-types like Scizor after a Nasty Plot, but still struggles with bulkier ones such as Bronzong and Bisharp. Fighting-types such as Cobalion and Terrakion are able to pressure both Dark- and Steel-types for Celebi. Celebi benefits from Pursuit trappers such as Mega Aerodactyl and Choice Scarf Krookodile that can handle Latias and other more fragile Pokemon like Nihilego and Gengar that otherwise easily outspeed and OHKO Celebi. Choice Scarf Hydreigon and Scizor are also capable of revenge killing the aforementioned threats.

Celebi stands as a large threat to bulkier teams with its STAB combination and coverage options boosted by Nasty Plot, particularly with Aerodactyl, Alolan Muk, or Nihilego removed. Celebi thrives by threatening bulky Water-types and other passive pokemon like Hippowdon in order to set-up a Nasty Plot. (mention natural cure here as another positive that allows it to set up and break multiple times especially with giga healing because a lot of this spotlight is focused on partners) Celebi's coverage moves also leave it vulnerable to more sturdy Steel-types, such as AV Bisharp and Bronzong. Though, it is able to break through less bulky Steel-types such as Offensive Scizor after Nasty Plot using its Z-Move. (Iid put this part first and say that it can break throyugh some offensive steels after a boost with the z but it struggles with sturdier ones. you can then mention some partners that beat those) It benefits from pursuit-trappers such as Mega Aerodactyl and Choice-scarf Krookodile to handle Latias, and other more fragile pokemon like Nihilego and Gengar that otherwise easily outspeed and OHKO or use Celebi as set-up. (nihilego and gengar don't set up on celebi so i'd remove that part) Choice-scarf Hydreigon and Scizor are also capable of revenge-killing the aforementioned threats. Fairy-types like Primarina and Mega Altaria and Justified users such as Cobalion and Terrakion both pressure Dark-types for Celebi too. (you've mentioned the biggest dark counters in muk / av bisharp already and it can break through most darks + you're adding more partenrs that punish steels so you could probably remove this section and mention terrak/coba with that for steels because they're more of an issue than most darks that you have coverage for)
