Celebi's role in the 1v1 metagame is that of a special wallbreaker, where it utilizes strong STAB moves and Trick + Recover to break through bulkier threats. Leaf Storm is Celebi's strongest STAB move and hits Pokemon like Gardevoir, Milotic, and Dracovish. Psychic completes Celebi's STAB combination and provides coverage against Poison-types such as Toxtricity and Silvally-Poison as well as against Fighting-types like Conkeldurr and Kommo-o. Crustle and Fire-type Pokemon such as Rotom-H and Choice Scarf Darmanitan are fantastic teammates due to their general ability to handle several of Celebi's weaknesses like Bug-, Steel-, Flying-, and Ice-type Pokemon, such as Magnezone, non-Choice Scarf Durant, Togekiss, Mandibuzz, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, and Kyurem. In return, Celebi takes care of Water-types, such as Primarina and Rotom-W, that these team options often struggle to beat. Another good partner for Celebi are bulky Dark-types, like Urshifu-S and Incineroar, as it takes care of Ghost-types, like Gengar and Dragapult, which Celebi is weak to. Incineroar also deals with prominent Steel-types like Aegislash and Magnezone that wall Celebi as well as most other Fire-type Pokemon like Arcanine and Chandelure. Celebi, in return, is able to handle Fighting-type Pokemon like Sawk and Kommo-o and Water-type Pokemon such as Primarina and Rotom-W, which threaten Incineroar. Because it is immune to Leech Seed, Celebi is also a good partner for Pokemon that struggle with beating Whimsicott variants such as Rotom-Heat and Dracovish. In return, these Pokemon take care of common threats to Celebi such as Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, Togekiss, and Sylveon.

Incineroar takes care of Celebi's Ghost-type weakness (give examples of some Ghost-types) and also covers Bug- and Ice- Pokemon such as Orbeetle and Weavile (instead of talking about these mention Steel-types such as Aegislash and Jirachi since Celebi appreciates Incineroar dealing with them and are much more relevant imo). It also takes care of most other Fire-type Pokemon like Arcanine and Chandelure. Celebi is also a good Partner for Pokemon that struggle with beating Whimsicott such as Jirachi or Rotom-Heat, due to it being immune to Leech Seed. The EVs allow you Celebi to outspeed a non-Choice [add hyphen] Scarf Haxorus, [remove comma] while also being able to live a Choice Band Knock Off from Sawk. You can also change your Changing Celebi's EVs to 252 SpA / 4 SpDef / 252 Spe, [remove comma] to have extremely favorable increases the odds of OHKOing Choice Scarf Crunch Dracovish with Leaf Storm.

Crustle and Fire-type Pokemon such as Cinderace and Rotom-H are fantastic teammates due to their general ability to handle several of Celebi's weaknesses like Bug-, [add comma] Flying-, and Ice-type Pokemon, [add comma] such as Centiskorch, [add comma] and non-Choice Scarf Durant, Flying-type Pokemon like Togekiss, [add comma] and Mandibuzz, and Ice-type Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, [add comma] and Kyurem. [comma -> period] [I think it sounded kind of clunkier the other way] and In return, [add comma] Celebi takes care of Water-types, such as Primarina and Rotom-W, [add comma] that which these team options often struggle to beat. Another good partner for Celebi is Incineroar, [ac] as it Incineroar [avoids having three sentences start the same way in a row] takes care of Celebi's Ghost-types, like Gengar and Dragapult, which Celebi is weak to. Incineroar also copes deals [copes sounds kinda odd] with prominent Steel-types like Aegislash and Silvally-Steel that wall Celebi as well as, with which Celebi is walled by. It also takes care of most other Fire-type Pokemon like Arcanine and Chandelure. Celebi, in return, is able to handle Fighting-type Pokemon like Sawk and Kommo-o and Water-type Pokemon such as Primarina and Rotom-W, [add comma] which threaten Incineroar. Because it is immune to Leech Seed, Celebi is also a good partner [no need to capitalize "partner"] for Pokemon that struggle with beating Whimsicott variants such as Rotom-Heat and Dracovish due to it being immune to Leech Seed. In return, these Pokemon take care of common threats to Celebi such as Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan Galar, Togekiss, and Sylveon.

- still outspeeds Haxorus, also Urshifu.
- OHKOs Specs Porygon-Z w/ Leaf Storm
- 108 Def lets Celebi tank a Choice Band Outrage from Haxorus

You can include the anti-Sawk evs as an alternative spread in the bottom of the first paragraph, stating that w/o the extra spa PZ becomes unreliable.
