Certain fire moves not working correctly...

Just got frozen on Shoddy, and I used flare blitz twice without being unfrozen. I know for a FACT that this works in game, as I have gotten the message that Infernape has been unfrozen by flare blitz. Where would I go to report this and hopefully get it changed? I would figure it is here, but I am new and do not know the exact relationship between Shoddy and Smogon.
 
Bugs like this one aren't going to be fixed in Shoddy Battle. Shoddy Battle 2 is currently being developed and will include correct mechanics.
