What are the chances of getting a legendary with the correct ivs and nature for a set?
Excluding one iv (attack or special attack) i came up with 32*32(ivs)*24(nature)*3(one of every three will be wrong iv combo)=73,728. Did I do anything wrong? Also what are all the different iv and nature sets latias can use? I have alot of time soft reseting for a 5iv positive nature latias. Can changing the attack iv change the hidden power or do all the ivs need to be changed, ie 31 in everything while manipulating attack to get different hidden powers. And when ruby and saphire came out in 2003 were latias/latios banned from vgc?
