Chandelure's Ghost typing and access to Substitute and Calm Mind give it an exceptional matchup against defensive teams due to its ability to set up on UU's premier special wall in Blissey. It can also pressure several Steel- and Fighting-types by virtue of its typing, such as Cobalion, Scizor, and Infernape. Substitute also reduces prediction against Pursuit users like Krookodile and Mega Aerodactyl as well as faster attackers on offense such as Mega Manectric and Nidoking. However, without a Substitute up, it is still extremely vulnerable to many offensive threats due to its mediocre bulk and defensive typing, so pairing it with revenge killlers such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon and Choice Scarf Krookodile eases this matchup, while Chandelure provides a reliable check to Fighting-, Fairy-, and Ice-type attacks for them and forces the users out. Chandelure struggles to switch into Pokemon it checks if Stealth Rock is up, so entry hazard removers such as Empoleon and Togekiss are appreciated; in return, Chandelure provides a switch-in to Fighting- and Steel-types.

The first line could be rephrased. Stuff like pressuring Cobalion, Infernape, and Scizor are things that apply to Chandelure as a whole, so the line makes it seem like the set is just secondary to the Pokemon itself, which shouldn't be the case for a spotlight. The part about setting up on Blissey is true, but it'd be nice to put a little more emphasis on the fact that it sets up on the premier special wall in the tier.
However, without a Substitute up, it is still extremely vulnerable to many offensive threats
Vulnerable in what sense? People aren't going to know this intuitively. Make reference to its mediocre bulk (actually pretty decent but that HP is sad) and Speed (slower than Heracross and Nidoking, Speed ties with Mamoswine, etc).
while Chandelure provides a reliable check to Scizor for them
True, but providing a check to Scizor isn't exactly the greatest point of pairing it with Hydreigon or Krookodile. It's just their general synergy tbh. I'd merge this with how Chandelure takes Fighting- and Steel-type moves for Empoleon and Togekiss (in this case, it takes Fighting-, Ice-, and Fairy-type moves for Krook and forces them out).

good stuff all around though. QC 1/1
