SM OU Chansey Bulky Offense

This is my first team based on a bulky offensive playstyle. It doesn’t get much higher than 1300 ELO however so it needs improvement, I’m not very good and can’t seem to do it for myself, HELP!

Aggron @ Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Atk / 200 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
This is main bulky offensive pokemon. It can set up stealth rocks safely with mega and respond with good coverage to eliminate threats such as Landorus Therian. It is usually my lead pokemon as it can do lots at the very beginning.

Gardevoir @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
With Z Focus Blast it can immediately do huge damage to my opponents, will-o-wisp can remove a lot of damage from the field and it runs psyshock to remove Chansey threats, with double stab it does great damage and as long as focus blast hits can remove Tyranitar.

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- Fusion Bolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Roost
My life orb Pokemon, HP Fire removes Ferrothorn and Kartana from the field, while ice beam and fusion bolt have huge damage in themselves. Roost allows it to sustain itself for longer and remain a threat on the field of play.

Ninetales-Alola @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Aurora Veil
- Freeze-Dry
- Hypnosis
- Hail
Can set up Aurora Veil instantly to keep my other pokes alive such as kyurem-black Hypnosis can allow lots of damage and freeze dry can stop the toxapex. Hail allows another aurora veil later.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
Can set up rocks and act as a tank, seismic toss and toxic let's it take out opponents, while softboiled keeps it alive. Bold nature +252 def stops physical from being huge problem for it and it can take psyshocks considerably well.

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 224 HP / 32 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Rock Slide
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Earthquake
My physical attacker can pursuit to get rid of lele and Alakazam with earthquake for heatran and Rockslide for stab damage that sometimes flinches on slower targets. Crunch is my main STAB dark type move, with assault vest + sand making it very tanky on that side.

You have the basics but are missing a few things here so I'll cover these for you, but otherwise good team =)
All right lets get this rate started:

1) You have no reason to run Gardevoir here, Alakazam simply outclasses it, with Mega Alakazam being even stronger, it appears it counters your team pretty well on its own with Tyranitar falling to a focus blast.

2) Ninetales doesn't help this team much, although aurora veil is helpful with Kyurem B the rest of your team looses to hail negating much bulk when it could have simply being Bulu for passive heal.

3) Almost no traps pressure opponents pokes, you lose a lot to sash this way and kartana gets HUGE sweeping potential off this. Along with this lack of Defog or rapid spin makes you vulnerable to them in return. This can fortunately be covered.

Changes:

Most notable:
Mega Aggron --> Skarmory
Skarmory provides spikes and defog. This allows you to provide pressure while relieving stress on your team. It also gives you a nice defensive core with Clefable, both having reliable recovery.

Ninetales --> Garchomp Mega
Garchomp just provides better support in general, having rocks and being able to toxic provides a tank, with sand from Ttar you can increase your attack even further and provide good sand resistance for your team. This also gives you a better answer to Toxapex than Gardevoir, having higher attack and with sand having OHKO potential and rocks, also, with Chansey getting heal bell you can ignore toxic poison to an extent.

Gardevoir --> Volcarona
With Toxapex done you can switch out Gardevoir, Volcarona can act as a set up sweep for your team while getting rid of threats such as Cellesteela, Kyurem previously being your only answer to it. While also being good answer to Mega Alakazam with Quiver dance.

Kyurem B --> Tangrowth
Kyurem isn't needed here as it just creates weakness Tangrowth provides better for the team with a good bulky attacker that can stay around a while.

Chansey --> Clefable
Clefable tanks special just as well as Chansey, except is a better wish user and can use calm mind much more effectively to even knock out a pokemon while giving better bulk for your team

Less notable:
Tyranitar:
Assault Vest -» Lum Berry
EVs: 56 SpD, 128 HP, 76 Atk, 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
This is to stop Volcrona from sweeping your team. It can get off 1-2 Dragon dances 2 allowing it to sweep in return. The EVs allow you to tank 2 hits but still have the capacity to outspeed and sweep most pokemon in the meta. Another option is to run careful nature to take hits better from +2 Volcarona and from other considerable threats like Heatran.

Pokemon + explanation:
1) Skarmory
2) Tyranitar
3) Volcarona
4) Mega Garchomp
5) Chansey
6) Tapu Bulu

1) Skarmory is here to tank physical attacks just like aggron, however it is also capable of defragging and laying down spikes. Counter and roost allow it to eliminate threats like fighting types and Landorus Therian.

2) Tyranitar can work as a counter to threats like Heatran and Volcrona, having the capacity to respond with HUGE damage as well. Pursuit can be swapped for Ice Punch, but otherwise is good counter to Lele and Mega Alakazam, you could replace it with crunch however.

3) Volcarona not only gives fighting counter to both physical and special attack but can sweep in return, having great damage output at +1 and 2 Its only walls being Heatran and Landorus really, with the right Hidden power catering for either.

4) Mega Garchomp is here to provide a good circle of sand with Tyranitar and stealth rock + toxic support. Not going mega immediately is optional too as it allows you to outspeed weakened threats easier for a sweet KO.

5) Clefable is here to pull off a good defensive core with Skarmory, while allowing wish and heal bell support to accompany and aid the team.

6) Tapu Bulu can provide grassy terrain while being a capable scarf user. It rounds this off with good coverage and survivability all while being a backup counter to fighting and Landorus.

Note: This took a long time to make! Hope it helps! I spent three days going over things, if there is anything wrong send replay and I'll help to fix it! This team got me a few wins on ladder, sorry I can't share them my WiFi went down! Good luck and hope you succeed! =)

Kyurem isn't needed here as it just creates weakness and isn't the good scarf user we need here. Bulu just gives better support with grassy surge all while eliminating non-scarf Greninja with wood hammer.

Less notable:
Chansey:
Stealth Rock -» Heal bell.
Softboiled -» Wish
With Garchomp getting rocks, there is no need for Chansey to have them too, Wish allows you to keep your allies healthy and can still heal Chansey.

Tyranitar:
Assault Vest -» Tanja Berry
EVs: 56 SpD, 128 HP, 76 Atk, 252 Spe

[NOTE TO FELLOW RATERS]
If you can come up with anything more effective let me know! I love cooperating to create great teams and this is no exception! (Also I'm a new rater =P) Thanks!

Yes, what do you suggest? I chose volc and Skarmory to aid the problem with Bulu being back up to the cause.
Your team looks good, but i dont like the the Ttar set i think regular TTar is not a good abuser of dragon dance. I feel the Assault vest set for Tyranitar would be better because Tapu koko looks like a big menace to the team since your Tangrowth is phys def(though that does help with fighting type weakness i mentioned earlier).Even Ash gren looks a threat so AV Tyranitar would be better i feel.Rest of the sets are fine.

I suggest that you use standart Specs Battle Bond Greninja over Ttar. I don't really see what Ttar should do for the team and Greninja also helps vs Volcarona and Heatran. Also I'd use AV Tangrowth as it provides a check to koko and greninjas.

Regarding Clefable:
I realised that you have almost nothing to beat a Hawlucha if it gets to +2 (and it will have a lot of possibilities to set up vs this team) So I suggest that you use this Clefable set:

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell
- Calm Mind

I don't really see a reason to have Wish so I replaced it with Soft-Boiled. The spread allows Clefable to tank a hit from +2 Hawlucha and then 100% OHKO it back. The def also allow it to have only a 3.9% chance to be 2HKO on Lopunny so it switches save into that. Sadly it won't be able to tank 2 zen-headbut from Medichamp but it can tank High-Jump kick into Zen-Headbutt.

I hope this helps :)

Ok cool, I put wish because I was fussing about Garchomp losing fast but yeah great!
