Charizard isn't a great option, as it is outclassed by special attackers like Volcarona, Blacephalon, and Heatran. However, thanks to its great Speed, high Special Attack, and Solar Power with sun support, Charizard makes a below-average Choice Scarf user. It's able to outspeed threats such as Choice Scarf Excadrill and Dragapult and threaten them with its powerful attacks. Furthermore, Charizard's great Speed combined with its access to Dragon Pulse notably separates it from other Fire-types, as it helps tremendously with the Dragon matchup. However, Charizard faces competition with Blacephalon as a Choice Scarf user. Its Flying typing is beneficial because it grants immunity to Ground-type attacks, but most Ground-types tend to run Rock coverage anyway and it leaves Charizard even more vulnerable to Stealth Rock. Flamethrower is used in situations where Charizard can't afford missing such as against Choice Scarf Excadrill, which can sweep Fire pretty easily without Charizard to revenge kill it. Fire Blast is the more powerful option, best suited when Charizard wants to deal as much damage as possible against bulky Pokemon like Galarian Slowking, Toxapex, and Tapu Fini. Dragon Pulse is what separates Charizard from other Fire-types, as it muscles past Dragon-types such as Dragapult, Dragonite, and Dragalge. Focus Blast hits bulky Pokemon that resist its Fire STAB moves such as Hydreigon, Heatran, and Rhyperior. Solar Beam is an option to hit Water- and Ground-types like Gastrodon and Slowbro, but the types these Pokemon are on have weather in rain and sand, respectively, which can make Solar Beam unreliable. Due to how powerful its Fire attacks are under sun, it should either break holes in the opposing team early so its teammates can clean up or be preserved for a late-game sweep. Charizard is also great at revenge killing threats such as Dracozolt and Hydreigon.

Torkoal is an amazing teammate because it sets up sun for Charizard with Drought, can remove Stealth Rock with Rapid Spin, and can set its own Stealth Rock to chip Pokemon like Dragapult to support Charizard's wallbreaking. Cinderace revenge kills faster Choice Scarf users like Dragapult and Latias with Sucker Punch and also checks special walls like Tyranitar, Snorlax, and Dragalge. Gunk Shot Cinderace, Sludge Bomb Volcanion, and Flash Cannon Heatran are great to check Fairy-types Charizard is threatened by like Azumarill and Tapu Fini. Volcanion absorbs Water-type attacks from Pokemon like Toxapex, Slowbro, and Araquanid and checks Ground- and Rock-types like Hippowdon, Rhyperior, and Stakataka with Steam Eruption. Incineroar, Volcarona, and Heatran check Psychic-types like Tapu Lele, Latios, and Galarian Slowking. Incineroar provides momentum with Parting Shot or U-turn and is also a great check for Ghost-types like Spectrier and Dragapult thanks to its Dark typing. Furthermore, Knock Off hinders recovery on Pokemon running Leftovers and Black Sludge like Tapu Fini and Dragalge, respectively, for Charizard. Rotom-H and Victini are nice checks to Water-types like Toxapex and Mantine with their respective Electric coverage.

Charizard isn't a great option due to it being outclassed by special attackers like Volcarona and Heatran. However, thanks to its great Speed, high Special Attack, and Solar Power ability with sun support, Charizard makes a below-average Choice Scarf user. (I think it would be nice to highlight the dragon matchup here, even though you kinda mentioned it much later. Add that it competes with Scarf Blace though, if you feel like it) It's able to outspeed big threats such as Choice Scarf Excadrill and Dragapult and threaten them with its powerful attacks. Furthermore, Charizard's great Speed combined with its access to Dragon Pulse notably separates Charizard from other Fire-types as it helps tremendously with the Dragon matchup. It's Flying-typing is also beneficial because it grants immunity to Ground-type attacks, but most Ground-types tend to run Rock-coverage and it makes Charizard even more vulnerable to Stealth Rocks. Flamethrower is used in situations where Charizard can't afford missing such as against Choice Scarf Excadrill, which can sweep Fire pretty easily without Charizard to revenge kill it. (Choice Scarf Blace/Cinderace kind of exists though, so it really can't "sweep fire") Fire Blast is the more powerful option, best suited when Charizard wants to deal as much damage as possible against the opposing team. (it would be nice to know which mons are the times these calcs matter SubRoost Kyu comes to mind; but thats the Ice mu only. Also Toxapex and Glowking gets fried (2HKO after SR) by this under sun, which seems to be too funny but Idk) Dragon Pulse hits threatening Dragon-types such as the aforementioned Dragapult and is overall amazing in the Dragon matchup, as Charizard is able to clean late-game. Focus Blast hits bulky Pokemon that resist its Fire STAB such as Hydreigon and Rhyperior (Tyranitar and Heatran feels like better mentions than Rhyperior) . Due to how powerful its Fire attacks are under sun, it should either break holes in the opposing team early so its teammates can clean up or be preserved for a late-game sweep. Charizard is also great at revenge-killing threats such as Dracozolt and Hydreigon. (Zolt isn't really used as much these days, maybe Zeraora, DDnite, Scarf Tapu Lele would be better examples?)
*Imo this Analyses feels like all over the place, it feels a bit too long for what its trying to convey. For example, the first 5 sentences I think could be shortened
*btw Zard has access to Solar Beam, isn't this notable enough as it can deal with some Water-types like Gastro, Slow(bro/king) which try to take it on? Gastro is an annoying mon too for Fire-type teams

Torkoal is an amazing teammate because it sets up sun for Charizard with its Drought, can remove Stealth Rock with Rapid Spin, and can set its own Stealth Rock to chip Pokemon like Dragapult to support Charizard's wallbreaking. Cinderace is an amazing physical check to special walls like Tyranitar, Snorlax, and Dragalge. (It also deals with Nihilego, faster scarfers like Scarf Pult/Latis somewhat) Gunk Shot Cinderace, Sludge Bomb Volcanion, and Flash Cannon Heatran are great Fairy-types to check Fairy-types Charizard is threatened by like Azumarill and Tapu Koko. (its notable that Tapu Koko gets outsped and roasted by Zard though, maybe Tapu Fini is a better example?) Volcanion absorbs Water-type attacks from Pokemon like Toxapex, Slowbro, and Araquanid and checks Ground- and Rock-types like Hippowdon, Rhyperior, and Stakataka with Steam Eruption. Incineroar, Volcarona, and Heatran checks Psychic-types like Tapu Lele, Latios, and Galarian Slowking. Incineroar is also great for Ghost-types like Spectrier and Dragapult thanks to its Dark-typing, and its access to Knock Off hinders recovery on Pokemon running Leftovers and Black Sludge like Tapu Fini and Dragalge, respectively for Charizard. (Incin also can pivot) Rotom-Heat is a notable wallbreaker for Water- and Flying-types like Toxapex, Mantine, and Landorus-T thanks to its Electric STAB. (not too sure on him, isn't he outclassed as a breaker by Victini nowadays? Extra defog is nice tho, maybe)

(Choice Scarf Blace/Cinderace kind of exists though, so it really can't "sweep fire")
they do but these are notably other options/uncommon, fire teams should just opt for multiple balloon users like heatran+volcanion for example and applying that pressure on steel , shuca pokemon also exist but idt standard fire teams require a scarf user at all
(Tyranitar and Heatran feels like better mentions than Rhyperior)
ttar is mentioned later didnt want to repeat examples, added heatran
*Imo this Analyses feels like all over the place, it feels a bit too long for what its trying to convey. For example, the first 5 sentences I think could be shortened
there really isnt an easy way to shorten this analysis to make it make sense to the readers that this is a niche pokemon, its important to highlight the negatives and why this pokemon might even be considered to be used
(It also deals with Nihilego
nihilego feels like a general check to fire

- implemented, idk why i had koko
