Introduction
This team is based on the fact that after just one dragon dance, Charizard X is a powerhouse that's pretty hard to counter and can often sweep an entire team. It has a few options that support Charizard, like tailwind on Latios, and Clefable with a healing wish, that can bring Charizard back to full health if crippled. The threats will be outlined later, but as a general comment, water is a huge weakness since two and a half of the six are weak to water, and I only have one that's super effective.

The Dream Team
latios.gif

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Tailwind
- Psyshock

Latios is a powerhouse in his own right, with massive speed and special defense, he carries a draco meteor capable of 1HKOing a lot of common OU mons. Also on with this set, I have defog to remove rocks from the field, because that would cripple Charizard. The tailwind is there to give my team speed, especially when setting up for Char. Psyshock is a fourth move to check threats like Conkeldurr. Hasn't really come in that useful honestly.

heatran.gif

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Lava Plume
- Flash Cannon
- Ancient Power

Heatran proves very useful. With his massive special defense and great typing, he is a perfect switch-in for many threats, such as Talonflame, virtually any Fairy type (Except Azumarill, the bane of my existence), and some dragon types. Lava Plume and Flash Cannon do some decent damage to a lot of different pokemon, while Ancient Power is there to take down Talonflame a

serperior.gif

Serperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Glare

Serperior is a great counter to many threats such as Azumarill, Rotom, Slowbro, etc. With Leaf Storm+Contrary combo, it becomes incredibly powerful and pretty hard to stop. Giga Drain is there to heal myself when him when I know I can 1HKO, hidden power is there for common counters, such as another Serperior, or any ice type.

diggersby.gif

Diggersby @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Return
- Knock Off
- U-turn
Diggersby with a choice scarf is a revenge killing machine, able to outspeed most, if not all pokemon in the metagame. Return and Earthquake both hit incredibly hard, being STABs and also boosted by Huge Power. Knock off is for rare occasions, and U-turn is there for if I bring out Diggersby, and they bring out something I know will win.

clefable.gif

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Heal Bell
- Calm Mind
- Healing Wish

Clefable is pretty important. With high defenses, it can switch into a lot of moves. The dragon immunity is absolutely necessary when using a Charizard. Healing Wish comes in very useful. If Charizard (or in certain cases anyone else on my team) is hurt, Clefable can bring it back to wreak its havoc once again.

charizard-megax.gif

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- Dragon Claw

Charizard is my main powerhouse, my sweeper, my destroyer of worlds. After just one Dragon Dance, which is easy to get off because people will often switch when he comes out. Another thing that happens often is, the foe will have earthquake, and expecting a switch to Mega, they will use it. I won't go mega first turn, and instead just dragon dance, then destroy them with Dragon Claw. Dragon Claw can 1HKO a lot of pokemon. For fairies and high defense pokemon, I have Flare Blitz, which, while it will 1HKO almost anything, takes a huge toll on my health. That's where Roost, and the aforementioned Healing Wish come in. Once he's back to full health, he can wreak his havoc all over again.

Conclusion

So there it is. I can often get a DD of on Charizard and a lot of the time that's game over. The major play-ender of that is my mortal nemesis, the bane of my existence, Satan himself, evil incarnate, aka... Azumarill. Any advice on taking him out? Diance is also a big threat, as well as Gengar. Any advice would be greatly helpful. Thanks!

Hi Litwick1 , looks like a cool team

I see that Azu/Gengar/Diancie are all pretty annoying, as well as Sand - especially if Diggersby's gone

You also said that Latios isn't doing much - It's only real function is defog + support,

I would recommend Starmie>Latios
121.png

Starmie functions quite well on this team
- It rounds out an FWG core, and is able to outspeed and KO all 3 of your major threats
- It provides Rapid Spin, which is mandatory on any Charizard team
- It is fast, and is able to outspeed the majority of the metagame, including many threats to your previous team

252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 429-507 (165.6 - 195.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO - No speed tie unlike with Latios

252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Thunderbolt vs. 172 HP / 0 SpD Azumarill: 257-304 (66.9 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock - However, Starmie is pretty frail, and must be played carefully - especially with Azu

252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Diancie: 359-424 (148.9 - 175.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Conkeldurr: 296-351 (84.3 - 100%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

On Serperior, I would make Dragon Pulse>Giga Drain, and make it Miracle Seed

Dragon Pulse allows you to KO Lati@s after it sets up, and it helps to have another dragon move, especially after Latios is gone. Because you aren't running Giga Drain anymore, I would recommend running Miracle Seed to not have recoil and promote longevity

I would also recommend using Stealth Rock Heatran > Will-O-Wisp, and Earth Power>Flash Cannon to hit other Heatrans

SR is pretty much mandatory in the Meta, and helps break sashes, while Earth Power helps you deal with opposing Heatrans

Finally, I would make Wish>Healing Wish, as it allows you to heal more pokes and preserve the life of Clefable

starmie.gif

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
serperior.gif

Serperior @ Miracle Seed
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power Fire
- Glare
Changes in short:
Starmie>Latios
Dragon Pulse>Giga Drain; Miracle Seed>LO
Stealth Roch>Will-o-Wisp; Earth Power>Flash Cannon
Optional:
Wish>Healing Wish

Hi buddy, let's rate this.

First thing i'm noticing above all. You don't have rocks and I think that right now every team need rocks, no matter what. This is especially true if you build a team around a zard x sweep. It could be really sad if the opposing sash mon stop you from sweeping.

This being said I think you can greatly improve your build.
If i'm not mistaken you want a very offensive build able to win thanks to dd zard x.

Problems: priority like talonflame are annoying, bulky water/grounds are annoying, bulky grounds are annoying, bulky waters are annoying. Heatran is annoying too.

If i look at your team i am confident 100% that you don't have the right answers for those threats. Talon is annoying as hell, you have basically 1 answer to heatran. You have 0 way to deal with something like quagsire or gastrodon and opposing lando can come in and turn the game on the opposition side. Your ground immunity is kinda bad too, unfortunately, cause Latios fear a lot the u-turn

Fortunately, your mons are good and with minor changes you can really improve such match up.

1) change tailwind to memento on your latios. As you said, you need just 1 DD and memento latios can really offer this opportunity
2) change heatran to the magma storm + solar beam set. You could use magma + power herb + stealth rock + one between taunt, earth power, hidden power ice. Taunt is for a better stallbreaking capability, hp ice for lando and chomp and earth power for opposing heatran. Choose accordingly :]
3) serperior kinda need dragon pulse to be effective. You don't need hp fire in a team that has 0 problems against fire mons. you could replace hp fire with hp ground to lure in heatran and change giga drain to dragon pulse cause you need it. If you really want giga drain, you can use dragon pulse > glare
4) clefable with no recovery is just bad. If i were you i'd use tank fable here, with ice beam, tbolt, healing wish and softboiled. Equipped with a life orb to lure in slowbro and lando. 252 hp, 252 atk sp with a modest nature is what you need imo.
5) finally, you could replace scarf diggerby with scarf lando t. It provides the much needed ground immunity, it has speed like diggersby, power and it still keep momentum with u-turn.

Hope this helped you. I really enjoy your build with the changes i suggested you. Yes, it still weak to something, but you can always play around threats like sand and azu

I really like the team - particularly the innovations of Tailwind on Latios (although Memento is way better) and Healing Wish on Clefable (especially as you can bust that out at the end of a seemingly stallish phase using Calm Mind to completely take the opponent at unawares) - however like Costi said any offense needs rocks to break sashes and sturdy roar/whirlwinders if nothing else. So think very hard about Costi suggestions 1, 2 and 3 at the very least. Also my respect for Costi and his incisiveness about the current state of the meta only increased with this thread.

I will say, offense is good and I like what you're trying to do.

hi nice team. the first thing i noticed and others pointed out is that your team lacks any sort of entry hazards and also has some other big weaknesses in sand, weavile, and mega alakazam. to help fix these issues i recommend defensive landorus-t > heatran and klefki > clefable. landorus-t patches up the weakness to opposing charizard x and sand teams very well and also brings stealth rock to your team which is needed, it also pivots well into other threats like mega lopunny which can be annoying too. klefki helps with the likes of weavile and mega alakazam because it switches into them easily and has speed control to slow down your opponents team. now with that change, i've opened up a huge hole for bisharp to come in and sd on a lot of your team and just win with +2 sucker punch. and so to fix that, i suggest you use scarf keldeo over scarf diggersby as diggersby just too slow and can't revenge kill setup sweepers and having keldeo around to check bisharp and weaken charizard x checks with scald burns is really useful + it has a decent speed tier which means you can revenge kill threats that klefki cannot stop such as ground types and lum berry users.

other changes i would make are: roost > tailwind on latios. latios needs the longevity other wise it can be a very unreliable defogger and just gets picked off very quickly. i would also change charizard to jolly over adamant in order to reach the 328 speed tier which lets you outspeed important threats like jolly lando-t, kyurem-b and lets you speed tie with the likes of gardevoir and manaphy.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 224 Def / 24 SpD / 12 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn / Swords Dance
- Stealth Rock

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 100 SpA / 156 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Magnet Rise
- Thunder Wave
- Dazzling Gleam
You can use a different move over spikes if you don't like running spikes on a team that utilizes defog as the main hazard removal. klefki has a bunch of options, but id say foul play would be one of the better ones.

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 1 Atk / 30 SpA
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Electric]
