XY OU Charizard X HO

Hello again guys. Been messing around with this HO team for a while. Ive used it semi successfully on showdown. When works it does super well. When it doesn't I get rolled.

Uh Oh (Espeon) @ Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Yawn
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Baton Pass

This is my suicide lead and dual screener. Dual screens help me set up and defend my glass cannons. Magic guard is awesome to defend against other leads and more often than not I get my own entry hazard. Yawn helps me get a free switch in giving me more time to boost or get an extra attack. Baton pass is just to avoid pursuit and etc and hopefully preserve her for a pivot and setting up mid game.

Oh No (Charizard) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Roost

My favorite new pokemon and fearsome sweeper. This is his basic dragon dance set. I try to bring him out first after espeon and set up a dd or two unless there are multiple threats to him. Roost is used to keep his sweep running to keep momentum.

Look out (Greninja) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory

Greninja is great. He covers so many offensive holes in my group with his coverage especially Extrasensory. And with protean and life Orb every move hits hard. His speed gets him past most non boosted non scarfed enemies. Hydro pump hits like a truck almost always ohko anyone weak to it.

Oh Boy (Aegislash) @ Life Orb
Ability: Stance Change
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Iron Head
- Shadow Sneak
- Swords Dance

Swords dance Aegislash is great for mid game sweeping. His typing and special ability lets him come in on many potential threats especially if a good lure was used before him. Iron head is a great stab with a nice possible chance to flinch. Shadow sneak is one of 2 of my priority moves on my team, hugely necessary if I plan to out speed certain threats. Head smash is good coverage and great for wall breaking. The usual plan it to get a good switch in, negate the attack, force a switch, swords dance, attack.

Whoops (Thundurus) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast

Thundurus is my 2nd special attacker and coverage against more things not covered by the rest of my team. Prankster thunderwave is used as a speed check when necessary. Thunder stops most bulky water types my charizard has problems with. Focus blast takes out blissey and chancy. Hp ice is important because it covers types that wall the other moves.

Watch out (Lucario) @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- ExtremeSpeed
- Close Combat
- Earthquake

My final sweeper. Used mainly for his good priority move. He is also my eq user as none of my other pokemon can fit it in. Close combat also is amazing destroying anything that doesn't resist. Swords dance makes him a fearsome switch in if I have counters to charizard still in play. Ill bring him in instead of char after espeon and use screens to set up.

So after playing with this set I did notice a few flaws. Thundurus and Lucario were added last and sometimes dont feel like they synergies with the rest of the team.

I also noticed I had 3 physical set up sweepers, and no special ones. I could add nasty plot to Thundurus but I dont know if ill loose to much utility or coverage.

The only pokemon I would like to keep on the team for sure ia charizard and Greninja. I like both of them alot and I feel they are pretty powerful and go well together.

Thank you in advance for any advice.
