Chat box?

Hey guys this looked like a cool idea so I decided that an chat box on Smogon would be really useful to communicate with mods and such.There is also the advantage of accesing mods in case of an emergency or a guy is spamming or such maybe its just me but it seems like a cool idea. :P

Almost all communication on Smogon occurs on IRC; it is where our moderating/administrating staff congregates. While not readily apparent to newer members, IRC is an integral part of Smogon. Its culture is too deeply embedded to move to another mode of communication. Discussion on the forum should be through the medium of posts; social/instant conversation is better left to IRC/Pokemon Online. Adding another chat to the forums will divide attention and actually make it more difficult to contact an authority figure than it currently is.
