Access to most commands can be altered by using the /permissions command on PS. Chatlogs is one of the exceptions and is explicitly tied to mute, despite other (somewhat similar) commands like modlog having their own permission. For the Mafia room Scumchat, it would be very nice if Chatlogs could be decoupled from Mute and be given its own permission (and preferably also have it decoupled from trusted).
If that's not possible, I think tying chatlog access to accessing a different log makes much more sense than access to mute.
