Why is the cute form not the default ;-;

[OVERVIEW]

Cherrim is able to carve out a decent niche for itself in PU as an offensive Healing Wish user. Its decent power, Speed, and coverage help it perform this role reasonably effectively. However, that's about all Cherrim has going for it. It faces tons of competition from other Grass-types such Simisage, as well as Mr. Mime, which does Cherrim's job mostly better thanks to its higher Speed and better typing. While Cherrim's Speed is decent, it is still outpaced by the majority of the offensive threats in the metagame, which is not helped by its mediocre bulk.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Healing Wish is Cherrim's main niche, and it can be used to aid setup sweepers or give Pokemon that have been weakened a second chance at breaking through the opposing team. Energy Ball is a reliable STAB move; its high Base Power makes up for Cherrim's mediocre base Special Attack. However, Giga Drain can be used if you prefer the recovery it provides. Hidden Power Fire hits Steel- and Grass-types such as Metang and Tangela, while Hidden Power Rock can be used to hit Fire-types such as Rapidash, which would otherwise easily switch into Cherrim. Dazzling Gleam hits Dragon-types such as Fraxure and Zweilous. Nature Power can be used to hit Fire- and Dragon-types neutrally if Hidden Power Fire is used. Synthesis can be used to give Cherrim more longevity. Finally, Aromatherapy can be useful to heal Cherrim's team of status.

Set Details
========

Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment gives Cherrim enough power to damage foes and lets it make use of its good Speed tier. A Modest nature is used because Timid does not let Cherrim outspeed anything relevant. Life Orb is used to patch up Cherrim's lack of power.

Usage Tips
========

Early-game, Cherrim should aim to deal damage, as Healing Wish isn't useful until mid- and late-game. Later in the game, it should find the best time to come in and use Healing Wish to bring a crippled teammate back to full health. Cherrim should not be switching into strong attacks, as its bulk is quite underwhelming. Cherim does not have to use Healing Wish in every game, just games in which a teammate at low health or with a status condition can do well against the remainder of the opponent's team.

Team Options
========

Cherrim should be used on offensive teams, as these teams make the best use of Healing Wish. Sweepers such as Barbaracle, Swords Dance Pawniard, and Rain Dance Golduck greatly benefit from the new lease on life Cherrim can give them. Pokemon that get worn down quickly, such as Ursaring, also appreciate Healing Wish support. Pokemon that beat Roselia and Fire-types, such as Rapidash and Grumpig, make for good partners to Cherrim.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Cherrim has few options outside of its normal role. It can attempt to fill a more defensive role, but this is much better done by the likes of Tangela and Roselia. It can also run a similar Choice Scarf set to Mr. Mime's, but Cherrim is too weak without a boosting item for this to be effective.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Grass-types**: All Roselia sets beat Hidden Power Rock variants of Cherrim easily, defensive variants take little from Hidden Power Fire, and can freely set up Spikes. Other Grass-types such as Simisage are able to switch into some moves, but they dislike Hidden Power Fire.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types such as Rapidash, Simisear, and Ninetales can switch into Cherrim if it lacks Hidden Power Rock and can OHKO it with their STAB moves. Additionally, Ninetales and Simisear can use it as setup fodder.

**Offensive Type Advantage**: Offensive type advantage from Pokemon such as Rotom-F and Arbok can quickly defeat Cherrim. In addtion, Pokemon such as Regice can set up on it.

**Faster Pokemon**: Faster Pokemon such as Zebstrika, Simipour, and Chatot can make quick work of Cherrim, as it is not very bulky. However, they often struggle to switch in.

In Team Options, mention Sticky Web and Thunder Wave support. Mention entry hazard support as well. Grasswhistle could be added to OO (crap accuracy ik). Special Walls can be added to C&C.

ill try to help (cow)

[OVERVIEW]

-mention reliable recovery
-make it clear that it is outclassed by other grasses but it has hwish niche over them

[SET]

-imo hp ground deserves a slash or at least oo, as it hits zeb and still hits fire- and steel-types

Team Options
========

-mention webs
-mention rock/spike support as its basically helpful for any offensive mon
-mention slow u-turn/volt switch/bp to get it in safely

Checks and Counters
===================

-mention flying-types

I still think nature power should be slashed somewhere in the 4th slot as if running HP fire it allows cherrim to hit fire types which are more common than dragons, while still doing decent damage to most dragons:
252+ SpA Life Orb Cherrim Nature Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Rapidash: 114-135 (42 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Cherrim Nature Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Fraxure: 110-130 (40.2 - 47.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO (still means only 1 dd)
Maybe mention giga drain in moves as it helps w/ life orb recoil (it lacks opportunities to synth often), if not at least oo

We both know that the overview needs some work as it is quite bare even for such a niche mon. Since you have a lot of experience im not going to go over every bit you need to do, but for example when you say 'faces competition from mr mime' mention why you would use cherrim over it

In TO specifically say that you would only use this on a team that needs hwish support

Put c&c in correct formatting

Magnemite pls

It defo doesnt have good coverage compared to over grass types (simisage being the first one to come to mind)
You also might want to say that it receives from simisage as an offensive grass type

Also in TO mention pokes with type synergy (well pokes that beat fire types and roselia as they are the main ones)

I trust u to do c&c in normal form :V

"Pokemon that beat Roselia and Fire types, synergy etc"

Small nitpick but I think you forgot to finish the sentence here. This is in TO btw.

[OVERVIEW]
add more detail to why cherrim is outclassed by mr. mime(mention you're referring that it is outclassed as healing wish user, and that mime has better speed, spatk and arguably better typing)
add roselia to grass-types this faces competition from, and I would remove Tangela, they have different roles.
say that this has bad coverage compared to other grass-types

Moves
========
mention giga drain misses out on power

Set Details
========
mention life orb recoil can be annoying if not carrying synthesis

Usage Tips
========
mention why it should aim to deal damage into the early game
mention cherrim can still switch into weaker special attackers because its special defense isn't terrible
mention healing wish should be preferably used on frail but powerful teammates that don't carry any other source of recovery
mention that energy ball should be the preferred attack to spam, otherwise cherrim could use a coverage move to predict the opponent but it's rather risky
mention that since this doesn't have a great bulk overall, it can be brought into the field w slow voltturn

Team Options
========
mention entry hazard support, it is appreciated by both cherrim and the sweepers u'd want to healing wish later in the game, also it troubles annoying fire-types
mention slow voltturn that can bring this in safely
mention more examples of pokemon that can beat grass-types and fire-types
mention more type-synergy examples, such as Pokemon that can deal with ice-types, such as grumpig, and poison-types

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
mention it can run a set with solar beam and weather ball on sun teams

Checks and Counters
===================
tangela doesn't beat this. mention simisage can KO it with Gunk Shot
mention ninetales can use this as a setup fodder
add more detail to the offensive type advantage category, for example that both arbok and regice and set up on cherrim, and also add a bit about bug-types, ninjask obliterates this even though it can't directly switch into coverage
mention that most faster mons still prefer to not switch into cherrim because of their not really high bulk
