Increased Viability:
Chessking's resume here sells itself. He's been one of the best staff members we've had for a long time, and I trust that the section is going to be in good hands with him in charge alongside Dhelmise and Giagantic.
Decreased Viability:
I love OMs dearly, they're where I started on the site and I'll always be around for them, as I plan to stick around as a forum mod for now, and HiZo and I (mostly hizo) are still hard at work to bring OM Battle Factory to life. Simply, though, I don't have the time or the effort to give the section my full attention anymore, and, especially when Gen 10 loops around, OMs deserve a leader who is going to commit to making that transition smooth and better things for everyone involved.
