Chicken Tetrazzini [OU]

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUzraG5yZN0 lol'd

Okay, this is my first RMT on here and so far this team has been working well. I have problems with Pokemon like Shuckle and Cradily though. :/ Anyway, here's the team!

metagross.png

@ Occa Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/236 Atk/8 Def/12 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Bullet Punch
- Explosion
Lead Metagross! It sets up Rocks every single time and then I either switch out if they bring out a counter or I stay and and deal out some damage. Bullet Punch helps me get the KO on weakened opponents and Explosion lets me take out threats that like to switch into this Metagross (I'm looking at you, Gyarados!) I don't mind sacrificing Metagross to take out a threat as long as it has set up rocks.

salamence.png

(M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 232 Atk/252 Spd/24 SAtk
Naughty nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
Basic DDmence from the SmogonDex. I can bring in Salamence into a lot of things then DD up on the Switch. I chose my attacks based on what gives this team some slight problems. Outrage takes out other dragons, Earthquake hits a lot of things hard, and Fire Blast is for those pesky steels like Scizor and Skarmory.

scizor-f.png

(M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit
Yeah yeah yeah, it's Scizor. Everyone and their mother has one, I get it. But it's a great scouter so I can easily see why its so overused. Superpower takes out the Blisseys that like to switch into Jolteon and Salamence as well as acting as the scouter for my team. U-turn has helped me in so many battles that I have lost count. I can bring Scizor into Gengar and the Rotom formes which can be killed with either Pursuit or Bullet Punch.

jolteon.png

(M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Shadow Ball
- Baton Pass
First off, I want to get something off of my chest. I LOVE the D/P Jolteon sprite lol. Okay now onto the info. Jolteon works well with Empoleon if they decide to bring something out that knows an Electric attack Jolteon can use its ability to heal itself. Thunderbolt takes out Gyarados, Skarmory which used to be two things that my team had a hard time with, and many others. Shadow Ball is to help me against the Rotom formes and other Psychic types that like to switch into Jolteon for some weird reason. *shrug* HP Grass is for those silly Swamperts and Rhyperiors that think they can come in and Earthquake me.

empoleon.png

(M) @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 12 HP/232 Spd/252 SAtk/12 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Agility
- Grass Knot
- Surf
- Substitute
This is a new addition to my team. So far I like it but I have only used it about 3 times. Yep this is the PetayaPenguin off of the SmogonDex. I bring Empoleon in on something that it resists and Agility on the switch or use substitute. Either way I try to get 1-2 Agilities in and then keep subbing down until the Petaya berry activates. Along with Torrent Surf will do a good amount of damage and because of Agility I will be faster then most Pokemon out there.

weavile-f.png

(M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Night Slash
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard
This is my favorite revenge killer. It easily takes out opposing DDers that aren't named Gyarados and Kingdra. STAB Pursuit takes out MANY psychic Pokemon that try to switch out and I use Brick Break to take out Tyranitar and to break Screens.

Sorry if I didn't say enough for each Pokemon. I'll probably edit this later and add more if I need to. I'll also make a threat list soon.

Threat List

Aerodactyl: The only time I ever see Aerodactly is as a lead. Aerodactly is one of those leads that I decide to attack first instead of setting up Rocks. If for some reason Metagross can't take it out I also have Empoleon and Jolteon.
---
Alakazam: Jolteon takes this out with ease with Shadow Ball. Heck, Thunderbolt is usually enough to take it out if they aren't using a CM Alakazam.
---
Azelf: Scizor and Weavile own it with Pursuit. Scizor can also handle it with U-turn.
---
Breloom: Surprisingly I haven't faced a Breloom with this team yet but I would probably bring in something like Metagross to absorb the Spore and then switch to Scizor to take it out with Bullet Punch.
---
Dragonite: Salamence usually outspeeds it especially with DD, Weavile takes it out with Ice Shard, and Empoleon can put a nice dent into it with Surf if it doesn't KO it.
---
Dugtrio: Empoleon, Scizor, and Metagross could take it out with Surf/Bullet Punch. I may have to sacrifice something to KO it but it would be worth it. If they trap my Jolteon I'll use HP Grass and hope for the best. Usually Jolteon can outspeed it.
---
Electivire: I do not see Electivires very often. If I were to go against it I would try to use Salamence or Metagross to get it with Earthquake. Scizor could probably take it out as well.
---
Empoleon: Weavile, Scizor, and Metagross can take care of this. I might be able to take it out with Sally but that's only if they aren't carrying Ice Beam.
---
Flygon: I'll try to take it out with Sally and if that fails then Empoleon might have a chance of taking it out with Surf.
---
Gengar: Easy-peasy. Jolteon and Scizor handle these with no problems.
---
Gyarados: Jolteon
---
Heatran: Salamence, Empoleon
---
Heracross: Salamence used Fire Blast!
---
Infernape: Most Infernapes I see are leads and since my Metagross has an Occa Berry I can take it out with Earthquake. Otherwise Salamence will have to take it out.
---
Jirachi: Salamence handles it nicely with Fire Blast.
---
Jolteon: Metagross and Scizor help me take it out with Bullet Punches.
---
Kingdra: Salamence hurts it a lot and it can outspeed it if there is no rain. Jolteon can hold its own against this too.
---
Latias: Salamence Outrage, Jolteon Shadow Ball, Scizor Pursuit, Weavile Ice Shard and Pursuit
---
Lucario: Salamence Fire Blast,
---
Machamp: Salamence and Jolteon outspeeds it
---
Magnezone: Salamence’s Fire Blast and Earthquake.
---
Mamoswine: Scizor
---
Metagross: Salamence with Fire Blast/Earthquake.
---
Porygon-Z: Weavile
---
Rhyperior: Empoleon and Jolteon
---
Salamence: Try to outspeed it with my own Salamence. If not Jolteon and Empoleon can do a nice job against this as can Scizor with SR support.
---
Scizor: Salamence can Intimidate and kill it with Fire Blast.
---
Starmie: Jolteon
---
Togekiss: Salamence can dent it if not OHKO it with Outrage after a DD. If it doesn't KO it then Weavile can revenge kill it.
---
Tyranitar: Weavile and Empoleon
---
Weavile: Scizor should have no problems taking it out with Bullet Punch
---
Yanmega: Salamence and anything with Bullet Punch and Ice Shard

Defensive Threat List:
Blissey: Scizor OHKOs it.
---
Bronzong: Salamence Fire Blast
---
Celebi: Scizor U-turn
---
Cresselia: Scizor U-turn and Weavile Pursuit
---
Donphan: Weavile Ice Shard, Empoleon
---
Foretress: Salamence Fire Blast
---
Gliscor: Empoleon
---
Hippowdon: Empoleon
---
Skarmory: Salamence and Jolteon
---
Snorlax: Weavile and Scizor
---
Suicune: Jolteon and Empoleon
---
Swampert: Jolteon and Empoleon
---
Tentacruel: Salamence can Earthquake and Jolteon Thunderbolt
---
Vaporeon: Empoleon Grass Knot and Jolteon Thunderbolt
---
Zapdos: Weavile and Bullet Punches

Mm nice team, only nitpick..you say jolteon counters togekiss, even with SR factored in, togekiss will only come in on a pokemon that generally won't harm it..well at 100% even the non-bulkiest of togekiss will only be OHKO'd by a crit and togekiss can OHKO jolteon back with airslash or whatever it fancies given jolteon's lackluster defence. BUT then you pretty much revenge kill it with weavile so yeah there you go :)

Also, scizor can be a counter to ttar bar the ones running babiri berry-i.e. MINE :D- but then it's revenge killed by weavile unless they one hit it on the switch.

Take out Baton Pass on Jolteon and add in Signal Beam. It will help against Celebi which is much needed since they like to switch in to Jolteon's a lot. 4x is better than 2x...=/

Other than that the team looks pretty solid. I like the Empoleon/Jolteon thing going on. Good luck =D

SubHeatran is gonna Own you. You have nothing to switch in when the Tran has HP[Ice]. You can use DD-Gyarados over Weavile, plus its a nice kombo with Jolteon.

Overall nice team, Good luck with your team.

If you're going to drop Baton Pass, put Charge Beam over it, not Signal beam as Shadow Ball hits it hard enough and Charge Beam can finish off weakened pokemon while giving you a 70% chance of a 1.5x boost to SpA.
