Rillaboom pressures Urshifu-R, while Incineroar can deal with Iron Crown and they both provide Fake Out support. Urshifu-R threatens the Fire-types and appreciates Sword of Ruin.

Chien-Pao is a powerhouse in Regulation F, able to knock out meta staples like Rillaboom and Landorus in one attack, while simultaneously supporting allies with Icy Wind. I am not a fan of this opening line, try to make a witty sentence to describe the set otherwise shorten this to only mention Chien-Pao using Icy Wind to support its teammates Ice Spinner and Icicle Crash are used to threaten common Pokemon like Raging Bolt, Rillaboom, Landorus, and Amoonguss You don't need this many examples, drop whichever two you like. Ice Spinner offers a better matchup into Indeedee-F, while Icicle Crash allows Chien-Pao to synergize better with Rillaboom. These points are true but I would rather this be a damage/accuracy comparison rather than effects, if you can fit damage comparisons in with these points though then great! Sucker Punch allows Chien-Pao to pressure Tera Ghost Pokemon Rather than mentioning Tera Ghost as a whole, I'd rather just see one natural Ghost-type mentioned instead and pick off low HP foes, while Icy Wind allows partner Urshifu-R and Raging Bolt to outspeed the Ogerpon formes. The given EV spread allows Chien-Pao to survive a Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and outspeed Chouce Choice Specs Flutter Mane without sacrificing offensive power. You also should make some sort of mention about the Naive nature since this is typically an uncommon choice in VGC Tera Ice pushes Chien-Pao's Ice-Type moves to the limit, allowing it to OHKO the likes of Raging Bolt and Flutter Mane. With? Tera Ghost gives Chien-Pao and immunity to Rillaboom and Incineroar's Fake Out. Try to mention immunity to Extreme Speed too As Chien-Pao is very frail, it can struggle against the cycle of Fake Out and Intimidate from Incineroar, as well as bulkier threats like Urshifu-R and Entei. Probably remove this sentence, I don't feel it adds much and cuts some characters for you Urshifu-R is Chien-Pao's best partner, as it benefits from its Sword of Ruin Ability and pressures an OHKO on Incineroar with its Surging Strikes. This doesn't particularly explain why Urshifu-R is a good partner for Chien-Pao since it OHKOs Incineroar without Sword of Ruin Rillaboom, Raging Bolt, and Incineroar are also great teammates for Chien-Pao, allowing it to switch in and out safer, Remove the Raging Bolt mention here, this reads like Raging Bolt helps Chien-Pao with pivoting and Rillaboom and Raging Bolt have the added benefit of check opposing Urshifu-R.

I will need to look over this again. Upon rereading this, it felt like you were pretty much just writing an analysis which you should avoid doing since that can easily lead to using too many characters. Ping me once you've made these edits and if the character count is still above 1050ish I'll try to help cut down more!

Edit: in the last few sentences you don't really mention any checks to this set besides a few Fire-types, you need to make a clear mention of Urshifu and Iron Crown if you can fit it and that should let you easily link Chien-Pao's partners to them

Tera Ghost gives Chien-Pao an immunity to Rillaboom and Incineroar's Fake Out, as well as to Dragonite and Entei's Hisuian Arcanine is the much more common Extreme Speed user next to Dragonite in the meta right now but mentioning it uses more characters Extreme Speed. Urshifu-R is Chien-Pao's best partner, as it's STABs threaten checks such as Incineroar, Entei, and Chi-Yu. This sentence should be reworded, start with mentioning that Chien-Pao is threatened by Fire-types and can't damage them very well, then introduce Urshifu-R as a partner Rillaboom, and Incineroar are also great teammates for Chien-Pao, allowing it to switch in and out safer. This line could be cut if this spotlight is still too long, if you want to keep it I feel it is more suitable after the following sentence Rillaboom also works as a counter to Urshifu-R, while Incineroar can deal with Iron Crown.
