Well after going back to my trick room sandstorm team I realised the most important pokemon which ended up sweeping most often was either reuniclus or slowbro and of which the later could be powered by field effects. Now I had my basis, politoad and slowbro, I then decided upon slowking as it had all the same benefits as slowbro, despite type crossover but hey, it's not really a bad typing is it? I also really liked the synergy in stats.

Now to start I needed rain. After looking at sets and from experience bulky toed is by far the best set. Not much to say really I needed to max out bulk by upping defence and HP, toxic and scald to induce status which always is a pain, perish song to mess up baton pass teams, and protect to scout. All fairly standard really.
Magnezone @ Choice Specs

Now magnezone is chosen for a few reasons. For smashing things to pieces with thunder, and with trick room and choice specs he normally goes first and just demolishes things. He is also used to eliminate pokemon like ferrothorn, forretress and scizor all of which causes there fair share problems for the slow pair. Again all fairly standard, although flash cannon is hardly used, but hey thunder is just that good! I have replaced flash cannon to signal beam to nail celebii as in recent experience they have proved to be somewhat of a nusence.

At this stage I needed a pokemon to not only switch into tyranitar somewhat easily but also set up and then hopefully take the dinosaur down as he causes problems for the slow pairing. The bulky set is chosen to increase longevity and to potentially produce a sweep. Roost and sword dance is for a potential sweep and the former for recovery, of which ties in very well with rain to really increase his survivability. Bug Bite and Bullet Punch are the moves chosen, and are also generally useful and powerful STABs.

Now this is the whole reason for making the team. The EV spread is to increase physical bulk and fire power, surf and psyshock for STABs and ice beam to take down dragons , and from experience slowbro can come in on almost all physical dragons but the special variants are handled by slowking, but more on that later. Surf is powered up to crazy levels in the rain and with life orb. Lastly regenerator is the final appeal of bro as he heals of any hazard damage and mispredicted switches and of course life orb recoil.

After Gendromes suggestion of replacing slowking with Latias I am happy to say after two battles of testing (will do more when I can) Latias is very effective I am not a pro yet so any suggestions on the set will be much appreciated but I have chosen dragon pulse as STAB, and surf as pseudo-STAB, calm mind to up my special defence to impressive levels and to become an offensive presence and recover for well recovery. All very standard of a sort, although refresh could come in handy I have opted out of it for the moment.

I have recently replaced terrakion for choice band mamoswine. This is for a few reasons for STAB earthquake. And also for ice shard this way I can effectively revenge kill breloom, celebii if needs be, dragons and the genies, also with rain he doesn't have fire weakness which is cool, all very standerd except for icicle spear which is chosen to break subs.
