Thanks to an excellent Speed tier, STAB boosts from Protean, and Choice Band, Meowscarada is a powerful wallbreaker and revenge killer. Meowscarada's fast U-turn is a great utility move that can get it out of bad matchups as well as do solid chip damage throughout a battle to bulkier opponents like Ting-lu. Triple Axel is important to handle Pokemon like Dragonite, Gliscor, Zapdos, and Corviknight. Tera Grass adds an additional boost to Flower Trick to allow it to secure a KO on Garganacl and defensive Great Tusk and give it a chance to KO Ting-lu, as well as allow it to survive a Moonblast from Enamorus and a Close Combat from Zamazenta. Tera Dark gives Knock Off some extra power, guaranteeing it knocks out Walking Wake and Kyurem after Stealth Rock, and gives Meowscarada a stronger defensive profile against threats like Dragonite and Great Tusk's Ice Spinner. Tera Ghost is a surprising option that allows Meowscarada to block Rapid Spin as well as dodge Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Zamazenta's Body Press. It's important to remember that Terrastalizing Meowscarada has a big trade off, as it prevents Protean from activating and giving a boost to U-turn and Triple Axel.

Meowscarada fits well on balanced teams that can provide it with support to assist in wallbreaking. Galarian Slowking is an example of a solid teammate that can tank hits from Zamazenta, spread paralysis as a form of speed control, and can pivot to Meowscarada safely with Chilly Reception, also providing it a defensive boost if it locks into Triple Axel. Meoscarada in turn can use that momentum to put pressure on Gholdengo and Gliscor that could take advantage of Galarian Slowking. Cinderace is a similarly fast Pokemon with U-turn that can form a solid core with Meowscarda to chip opponents down throughout a game. This chip is extremely helpful in setting up late game cleaners like Kingambit to overwhelm weakened teams. Meowscarada is vulnerable to entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock. Great Tusk can Rapid Spin to remove these hazards, as well as set its own hazards to build up more chip damage for Meowscarda to capitalize on. Defensive walls, especially wielding Rocky Helmet, such as Landorus-T and Corviknight, are difficult checks for Meowscarada to get past. Having solid Specially offensive teammates to pivot to, like Kyurem and Raging Bolt, to deal with these checks allows Meowscarada more freedom to keep breaking. Having teammates that can safely absorb status moves is also helpful to prevent Meowscarada from being targeted by paralysis or burns, especially from checks like Zapdos' Static and Moltres' Flame Body. The aforementioned Galarian Slowking as well as Gholdengo can help switch in on these moves; Meowscarda can help Gholdengo in turn by checking opponents it struggles with like Great Tusk and Blissey.

Triple Axel is important to handle Pokemon like Dragonite, Gliscor and Landorus-T. I would remove Landorus-T and add both Zapdos and Corviknight, as they are much more important targets and Lando doesn't like taking CB Flower Trick. Tera Grass adds an additional boost to Flower Trick to allow it to secure a KO on Garganacl and defensive Great Tusk and give it a chance to KO Ting-lu, as well as allow it to survive a Moonblast from Enamorus and a Body Press Close Combat from Zamazenta. Tera Dark gives Knock Off some extra power any calcs? One I found is OHKO'ing Wake after Rocks but there is perhaps something better and gives Meowscarada a stronger defensive profile against threats like Dragonite and Great Tusk's Ice Spinner. Tera Ghost is a surprising option that allows Meowscarada to block Rapid Spin as well as dodge Dragonite's Extremespeed and Zamazenta's Body Press and knock it out with Triple Axel. I would mention how Terrastalizing means that Meowscarada can't get Protean boosts on U-turn and Triple Axel, which is a big thing. Meowscarada runs Jolly to maximize its Speed, ensuring that it can outspeed threats like Zamazenta, Cinderace, and Iron Valiant, doing some damage and escaping danger with U-turn. Don't think Jolly is needed to be explained since its self explanatory.

I would add teammates that can help against Zapdos, Moltres and Corviknight, as those are big annoyances for it, particularly the first two due to Static and Flame Body.

Implemented

Only thing is adding a space between Extreme Speed in the tera ghost sentence, but you should be ready for QC2 after that
