Set Details
========
- Choice Band Urshifu uses its strong Dark-type attacks to reliably OHKO foes like Calyrex-I, Lunala, Volcarona, and Farigiraf while maintaining its naturally good matchups against Calyrex-S and Indeedee. Its access to Close Combat, its most reliable Fighting-type move, also allows it to threaten KOs on Incineroar, Ursaluna, and even Protosynthesis-boosted Brute Bonnet.
- While Choice Band does have the obvious downside of locking Urshifu into a move, its newfound ability to OHKO Calyrex-I and Lunala, alongside its generally higher damage output, allows it to be much more threatening.
- Urshifu should use either a Brave Nature with 252 HP and Attack EVs or an Adamant Nature with 252 Attack and Speed EVs depending on if it is being used on a team that focuses on Trick Room or not.
- Tera Grass is the most common Tera option, as it allows Urshifu to not feel threatened by Rage Powder or Spore from opposing Pokemon like Volcarona or Amoonguss respectively.

Teambuilding
=========
- Choice Band Urshifu is strongest on Trick Room teams that feature restricted Pokemon like Lunala and Calyrex-Ice, as those teams need it to threaten OHKOs on Pokemon like opposing Calyrex-I, Calyrex-S, and Lunala.
- Choice Band Urshifu is weak to Fighting-types like Urshifu-R, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta-C. However, Urshifu can OHKO Zamazenta-C if its Dauntless Shield boost is no longer active.
- Choice Band Urshifu is also susceptible to an opposing Pokemon's Tera, as Pokemon like Calyrex-Ice and Lunala can use it to survive a hit from Urshifu. Lunala is especially scary for Urshifu in these scenarios, as it can sometimes run Moonblast to OHKO Urshifu back.

- Choice Band Urshifu-S uses its strong Dark-type attacks to reliably OHKO foes like Calyrex-I, Lunala, Volcarona, and Farigiraf while maintaining its naturally good matchups against Calyrex-S and Indeedee-F. You should specify whether this is with Wicked Blow in this sentence, since "strong Dark-type attacks" can also mean Sucker Punch Its access to Close Combat, its most reliable Fighting-type move, also allows it to threaten KOs on Incineroar, Ursaluna, and even Protosynthesis-boosted Brute Bonnet. Add a new bullet point or at least a sentence onto this point explaining U-turn
- While Choice Band does have the obvious downside of locking Urshifu-S into a move, its newfound ability to OHKO Calyrex-I and Lunala with Wicked Blow, alongside its generally higher damage output, allows it to be much more threatening.

The information in this section is fine but it feels lacking in depth, firstly rearrange it so you mention Urshifu-S's checks and then follow it up with teammates which can help Urshifu-S deal with them. As for giving the points more depth, mentioning how the teammates help Urshifu-S and Urshifu-S helps them in return works
