[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Band Weavile utilizes its excellent Attack and Speed alongside a nearly unresisted STAB combination to function as a deadly wallbreaker and sweeper. Technician Beat Up and Icicle Spear offer tremendous power, KOing Scream Tail with seven total hits of Icicle Spear, while Sword of Ruin is a more consistent option that still lets Weavile OHKO defensive Kommo-o and Zamazenta-C. Ice Shard picks off faster, frail foes like Hisuian Electrode, Choice Scarf Sandy Shocks, and Choice Scarf Roaring Moon, as well as chipped foes like Talonflame, Barraskewda, and Choice Scarf Walking Wake. Low Kick threatens Zamazenta-C, Heatran, and Kingambit, while Knock Off provides a reliable Dark-type STAB move once Beat Up is weakened. Weavile appreciates physically offensive teammates such as Galarian Zapdos, Ceruledge, and Ogerpon-H, which can pressure common switch-ins that it struggles to break through like Corviknight, Quaquaval, and Scream Tail while also boosting the power of its Beat Up on Technician sets. Weavile also appreciates special wallbreakers like Gengar and Walking Wake when using Sword of Ruin sets, as they can pressure its switch-ins while not decreasing the power of Beat Up. Weavile is frail and OHKOed by most Pokemon faster than it, so defensive teammates such as Corviknight, Great Tusk, and Manaphy are appreciated, with Corviknight and Great Tusk removing the entry hazards it is prone to being chipped down by. Pivots such as the aforementioned Corviknight and Manaphy as well as Zapdos and Empoleon are appreciated for their ability to safely bring in Weavile to pressure the foe. Fast cleaners such as Barraskewda and Azelf appreciate Weavile's ability to pressure many of their checks such as Kommo-o and Empoleon, respectively, allowing them to sweep late-game.

Choice Band Weavile utilizes its excellent Attack and Speed alongside a nearly unresisted STAB combination to function as a deadly sweeper. Ice Shard picks off faster frail foes like Hisuian Electrode, Choice Scarf Sandy Shocks, and Choice Scarf Roaring Moon, as well as chipped foes like Talonflame, Barraskewda, and Choice Scarf Walking Wake and Sandy Shocks. Low Kick threatens Zamazenta-C, Heatran, and Kingambit, while Lash Out chips Intimidate Corviknight, forcing it to Roost. Technician deals more damage with Icicle Spear and Beat Up, 2HKO'ing Scream Tail with 7 total hits of Icicle Spear, not sure i like how this is worded but multi-hit moves are weird, i'll let GP worry about that while Sword of Ruin increases the damage of the more reliable Icicle Crash and Knock Off, OHKO'ing defensive Kommo-o with Icicle Crash, while Knock Off 2HKO's RegenVest Manaphy deals massive neutral damage you're not actually guaranteed to OHKO physdef regenvest manaphy, which is a pretty good set and cripples switch-ins such as Corviknight and Scream Tail, as well as allowing Low Kick to OHKO unboosted Zamazenta-C. Weavile appreciates physically offensive teammates such as Galarian Zapdos, Ceruledge, and Ogerpon-H who can pressure common switch-ins that Weavile struggles to break through like Corviknight, Zamazenta-C Quaquaval Weav can break Zama trying to switch in with low kick, but it's pretty hopeless against quaq, and Scream Tail, while also boosting the power of Weavile's Beat Up on Technician sets. I'd mention how SoR also appreciates special wallbreakers like Gengar and Walking Wake, since it doesn't need to worry about Beat Up PP Weavile is frail and OHKO'd by most Pokemon faster than it, so defensive teammates such as Corviknight, Great Tusk, and Manaphy are appreciated, with Corviknight and Great Tusk removing the hazards Weavile is prone to being chipped down by. Pivots such as the aforementioned Corviknight and Manaphy, as well as Zapdos and Empoleon are appreciated for their ability to safely bring in Weavile to pressure the foe.
