[SET COMMENTS]
Porygon-Z is an extremely strong special attacker due to its high Special Attack and Adaptability, and when paired with Choice Specs, this makes it one of the biggest offensive threats in the metagame. Hyper Beam OHKOes threats like Togekiss, Sylveon, and Arcanine. Trick is mainly used against typical stall-oriented Pokemon such as Torment Skarmory, Chansey, and Galarian Corsola to lock them into one move, allowing Porygon-Z to set up with Nasty Plot and KO them once boosted, barring Galarian Corsola which will be PP stalled because Porygon-Z cannot touch it without Dark Pulse. Dark Pulse is able to defeat Alolan Marowak and non-Focus Blast Choice Scarf Gengar, Dark Pulse can also hit Ghost-types, which Hyper Beam can't touch, in specific Galarian Corsola and Alolan Marowak. Uproar can be used over Dark Pulse on lower Special Attack set's to 2HKO non-Mirror Coat Magnezone and Whimsicott. The given EVs allow Porygon-Z to survive Grassy Glide from Choice Band Rillaboom and outspeed non-Choice Scarf Dracozolt and Dracovish, as well as OHKO Alolan-Marowak. An alternative EV spread of 144 HP / 60 Def / 72 SpA / 232 Spe with a Modest nature can be run in order to survive Choice Scarf Chandelure and Modest Scarf Draco Meteor from Hydreigon. However, the drop in Special Attacker makes the Alolan-Marowak match up unreliable, and can hurt with rolls against particularly bulky threats, like uninvested Snorlax. Another EV spread of 4 HP / 200 Def / 72 SpA / 232 Spe can be used to beat Life Orb Rillaboom. Lastly, Porygon-Z can use a spread of 144 HP / 60 Def / 96 SpA / 208 Spe or 148 Def / 152 SpA / 208 Spe with the nature Timid to out speed Adamant Haxorus and Urshifu, alongside doing all that you did before, depending on which one you use. Choice Specs Porygon-Z in general can sacrifice investment in either bulk, power, or speed to beat or get close to beating specific threats, like Excadrill, or fully invest in Speed to speed tie other non-Choice Scarf Porygon-Z. Generally, due to the power Choice Specs gives to Porygon-Z, it has a lot more room to invest in either overwhelming offense or bulk.

Trick should be used immediately against Pokemon such as Skarmory, Chansey, Galarian Corsola, and Crustle. Against Skarmory, simply rotate between Hyper Beam and Recover if they're running a damaging move; if you lock them into a status move, simply click Hyper Beam twice. Against Chansey, use Trick followed by Nasty Plot twice to get to +4 and then OHKO with Hyper Beam. Against Galarian Corsola, simply Trick and PP stall it, as it won't have any moves that can deal damage to Porygon-Z. Similarly to Galarian Corsola, Porygon-Z needs to PP stall Crustle. Regardless of what item you receive back, spam Recover until the foe runs out of PP. Due to the multi-hit nature of Rock Blast, the matchup is more favorable for Crustle but is not guaranteed If Crustle goes for Shell Smash on your Trick, simply click Hyper Beam twice, as they will be Choice-locked and unable to attack. Porygon-Z struggles against Fighting-type Pokemon and Pokemon with Fighting-type coverage such as Urshifu-R, Sawk, Hawlucha, and Haxorus. Fairy-type Pokemon, specifically Primarina and Sylveon, go well with Porygon-Z, since they can cover the Fighting-type weakness whilst simultaneously appreciating Porygon-Z's ability to deal with their threats such as Chansey, Rillaboom, Rotom-H as well as Poison-types such as Toxtricity and Venusaur. Porygon-Z needs to be wary of common Chilan Berry and Assault Vest users, mainly Primarina, so consider teammates such as Zeraora and Rillaboom.

Porygon-Z is an extremely strong special attacker due to its high Special Attack and Adaptability, paired with Choice Specs makes it one of the biggest offensive threats in the metagame. Hyper Beam is Porygon-Z's strongest STAB move, OHKOing threats like non-Choice Scarf Togekiss, Sylveon, and Arcanine. Trick is mainly used against stall Pokemon such as Corviknight, Chansey, and non-Choice Band Snorlax, to lock them into one move. Nasty Plot is used to boost Special Attack after using Trick against a stall Pokemon. Shadow Ball is for Ghost-types which Hyper Beam can't touch such as Galarian Corsola and Alolan Marowak. Uproar is used to get through Substitute Pokemon like Whimsicott and is a more spammable STAB move than Hyper BeamI'd add a mu or two where this matters. The EV's are for tanking Grassy Glide from Choice Band Rillaboom and being faster than non-choice Scarf Dracozolt and Dracovish. The rest is dumped into Special Attack.

Porygon-Z struggles with Sturdy users namely Sawk, Crustle, and Magnezone, which can tank with Sturdy or due to typing and then OHKO back. Mold Breaker Pokemon such as Choice Band Haxorus and Hawluchaare both exceptionally great teammates since they can deal with Sturdy Pokemon, while also being able to deal with the Rock- and Steel-type weaknessneither properly checks crustle so either exclude crustle from the list or find better examples. Porygon-Z can deal with Fairy-types such as non-Assault Vest Primarina, Sylveon, and Aromatissemaybe change this depending on what you pick for partners. Faster threats such as Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, Urshifu-R, and Dragapult are able to beat Porygon-Z by OHKOing it or Substitute and Disable Shadow Ball in Dragapult's case. Niche Pokemon like Choice Band Zeraora and Chilan Berry Primarina make good partners since they can either outspeed and OHKO or tank hits and OHKO in return. Porygon-Z can break stall Pokemon like Galarian Corsola and Chansey, which give the aforementioned Pokemon trouble breakingjust sounds awkward. also as per the new rules I would add a section explaining you should be wary of AV/chilan mons

The EV's are for tanking Grassy Glide from Choice Band Rillaboom and being faster than non-choice Scarf Dracozolt and Dracovish. The rest is dumped into Special Attack.

Porygon-Z normally will be using Hyper Beam since it's the strongest STAB move Porygon-Z has access to.explaning how to use the mon is only necessary if the how-to isn't "click high bp stab move/se button" this is outlined in the new guidelines post Trick is used against the bulkier Pokemon such as Chansey and Corviknight, then Porygon-Z uses Nasty Plot once and 2HKO's aforementioned walls with Hyper Beamuhh you can't just 2HKO since you're using hyper beam and since at +3 you OHKO I would recommend suggesting just clicking NP twice, I understand that they can't really kill back even if you beam but it's just easier to understand. Shadow Ball is used against Ghost-types namely Galarian Corsola and Alolan Marowak, which otherwise Porygon-Z can't touch.once again, move advice isn't necessary if it's just "click s/e button" plus this is redundant since you said it in the last graph Porygon-Z struggles against Fighting-type Pokemon such as Urshifu-R, Sawk, and Hawlucha. Fairy-type Pokemon in specific Primarina and Sylveon go well with Porygon-Z since they can cover the Fighting-type weakness, while Porygon-Z can deal with Steel- and Poison-types like Corviknight and Venusaur. steel change is based on the fact that 1. prim beats corv 2. you lose to zone which is the most important steel atm so this is misleading
I would also still like if you added a section that you should be wary of chilian/av mons, these overlap for the most part so you can just say smth along the lines of "Chilian or Assualt vest users such as x, x, and x, can catch Porygon-Z off guard..." ofc use your own wording and mention the aforementioned items let them tank beam and kill back or smth
looks good for the most part, gonna need some reworking as per the new rules tho. Tag me when implemented
edit: we agreed over discord the second part should be redone to further comply w/ the new guidelines, just going to do a second qc here
e2: further correction done over cord, 1/2

Trick is mainly used against typical stall oriented Pokemon such as Corviknight, Torment Skarmory, Chansey and non-Choice Band Snorlax Galarian Corsola and lock them into one move, allowing for Porygon-Z to setup with Nasty Plot, barring Galarian Corsola which will be PP stalled. (Snorlax is shaky since you'd only click Trick if you know for sure that they're not Choice Band, not really a fan of that example.) Nasty Plot is used to boost Special Attack after using Trick against the aforementioned Pokemon. Shadow Ball is for Ghost-types which Hyper Beam can't touch in specific Galarian Corsola and Alolan Marowak. Recover allows for Porygon-Z to PP stall Pokemon such as Crustle after using Trick. Dark Pulse is also an option over Recover to defeat Alolan Marowak and non-Choice Specs Gengar, though winning the Crustle matchup is generally preferred. The EV's are for tanking Grassy Glide from Choice Band Rillaboom and being faster than non-choice Scarf Dracozolt and Dracovish. The rest is dumped into Special Attack to maximise damage output.

Trick is used against the bulkier Pokemon in specific Chansey and Corviknight, then Porygon-Z uses Nasty Plot twice to boost Special Attack immensely. As previously mentioned, Trick should be used immediately against Pokemon such as Skarmory, Chansey, Galarian Corsola, and Crustle. Against Skarmory, simply rotate between Hyper Beam and Recover if they're running a damaging move; if you lock them into a status move, simply click Hyper Beam twice. Against Galarian Corsola, simply Trick and PP stall as they won't have any moves that can deal damage to you. Similarly to Galarian Corsola, Porygon-Z needs to PP stall Crustle. Once again, using Trick immediately is the correct choice as you are guaranteed to survive any hit. Regardless of what item you recieve back, spam Recover until the foe runs out of PP. If Crustle goes for Shell Smash on your Trick, Simply click Hyper Beam twice as they will be Choice-locked and unable to attack. Porygon-Z struggles against Fighting-type Pokemon and Pokemon with Fighting-type coverage such as Urshifu-R, Sawk, Haxorus, and Hawlucha. Fairy-type Pokemon in specific Primarina and Sylveon go well with Porygon-Z since they can cover the Fighting-type weakness, whilst simultaneously appreciating Porygon-Z's ability to deal with their threats such as Chansey, Rillaboom, Rotom-H, and Porygon-Z can deal with Poison-types such as Toxtricity and Venusaur. Porygon-Z needs to be wary of common the sudden up usage of Chilan Berry or and Assault Vest on Pokemon namely users, mainly Primarina, so consider teammates such as Zeraora and Rillaboom. Using the aforementioned items even low tier Pokemon such as Keldeo, Indeedee-F, and Galarian Slowbro can catch Porygon-Z off-guard, by tanking Hyper Beam and then killing it back in return. (I get what you're trying to say, but saying "sudden usage" won't hold since the metagame will change frequently and ideally we want these analysis' to hold their weight for as long as possible - something that implies the metagame in its literal current state will often age poorly.)
I've changed a hell of alot, but at the same time made it easy for you by writing it all in, so just be very careful not to miss anything when implementing this check. Tag me when done and i'll give it another review to be safe

(added some stuff to make it a bit clearer what you're referring to bc currently it reads kinda disjointed and doesn't explain the difference etween the mons) Recover allows for Porygon-Z to PP stall Pokemon such as Crustle after using Trick, however Trick but can be relatively unreliable given Rock Blast's unpredictable nature. (not qc but if rock blast means recover isn't reliable to pp stall crustle, maybe use an example that recover does let pz beat. recover is currently a slash so if you're saying "use recover to beat crustle but it doesn't always beat it" then you're not really explaining why it's better than dpulse) Dark Pulse is also an option over Recover to defeat Alolan Marowak and non-Focus Blast Choice Scarf Gengar, though winning the Crustle matchup is generally preferred. (same as before) Dark Pulse can hit Ghost-types, (AC) which Hyper Beam can't touch, (AC) in specific Galarian Corsola and Alolan Marowak. (imo merge these 2 sentences bc they're saying the same thing just the second one adds you can hit corsola so you don't have to pp stall it) The EV's are for tanking The given EVs allow Porygon-Z to survive Grassy Glide from Choice Band Rillaboom and being faster than outspeed non-Choice Scarf Dracozolt and Dracovish. So Specs PZ requires a lot of alt ev spreads, just bc it can be EVed to beat a lot of threats.

We came up with a few relevant ones.

Specs (anti-chand) EVs: 144 HP / 60 Def / 72 SpA / 232 Spe Modest
Specs (anti-LO rilla) EVs: 4 HP / 200 Def / 72 SpA / 232 Spe Modest
Specs (timid) EVs: 144 HP / 60 Def / 96 SpA / 208 Spe Timid and EVs: 148 Def / 152 SpA / 208 Spe Timid

So, the first set allows you to live a Scarf Overheat from Chandelure, as well as a Modest Scarf Draco Meteor from Hydreigon. However, the drop in Spa makes Maro unreliable, and can hurt with rolls against particularly bulky threats, like uninvested Snorlax.

The second set is EVed in order to beat Life Orb Rillaboom, with the same Spa issues as before

The last two sets are a Timid variants of the main and first alt set, which lets you outspeed Adamant Urshifu/Haxorus, alongside doing all that you did before, depending on which one you use

Lastly, mention that Choice Specs Pz in general can generally sacrifice investment in either bulk, power, or speed to beat or get close to beating specific threats, like Excadrill, or fully invest in Speed to speed tie other non-Choice Scarf Porygon-Z.

Generally, due to the power Choice Specs gives to Porygon-Z, it has a lot more room to invest in either overwhelming offense or bulk.

If you could add this to the 1st para, that would be great. tag me when you're done

edit: also include Uproar as a move mention that can be run instead of Dark pulse w/ lower spa sets, in order to 2hko threats like non-mirror coat Magnezone. edit 2: and whims of course
