Choice Specs Primordial Sea Kilowattrel is an explosive special attacker that takes advantage of Hurricane's and Thunder's accuracy buff in rain to rain down terror on unprepared while also checking Desolate Land users like Iron Moth and Cinderace. Weather Ball is Kilowattrel's best option against Ground-types like Iron Treads and Landorus-T which shrug off its other offensive options while also chipping Desolate Land Heatran and Cinderace. Pivoting partners like Landorus-T and Corviknight pair with Killowattrel to create a potent VoltTurn core, constantly creating momentum to easily bring each other in and deal big damage. Because of its ability to force switches, Kilowattrel appreciates teammates like Garchomp and Scream Tail that can both set entry hazards and mitigate its own frailty by switching in. Additionally, because of its weakness to Stealth Rock and inability to heal itself, hazard removers like Corviknight and Iron Treads are required to prolong its life and maximize the amount of times it can switch in. Finally, RegenVest users like Hisuian Goodra and Meloetta both comfortably shrug off Kilowattrel's attacks, so physically offensive teammates like Slither Wing and Chien-Pao can chip or remove them, escalating Kilowattrel's potency as a sweeper.

Choice Specs Primordial Sea Kilowattrel is an explosive special attacker who takes advantage of Hurricane and Thunder's accuracy buff in rain to rain down terror on unprepared teams. Additionally, Primordial Sea has the added effect making Kilowattrel a Fire-immune switch-in, letting it occupy a situational defensive niche as well as having the ability to clear any weather conditions on the field Helpful vs stuff like.... Hurricane and Thunder are this Pokemon's main STAB options, with the former out-damaging specially defensive Garchomp's Regenerator and the latter invaluably scoring an OHKO on Corviknight and having the chance to paralyze any foes that switch in. Weather Ball is Kilowattrel's best option against Ground-types like Iron Treads and Landorus-T who shrug off its other offensive options. Finally, U-turn leverages Kilowattrel's offensive power and allows it to gain momentum by predicting that a special wall would switch into and absorb one of its attacks. Two things I'd add, the first one is RegenVesters who can comfortably take hits and is something that Killo needs support in (Slither Wing/Chien-Pao would be good partners). Second, Iron Moth and Skeledirge can also switch in and really mess up Killo since its STABs become 50% accurate, should mention stuff vs them too.

Choice Specs Primordial Sea Kilowattrel is an explosive special attacker who that takes advantage of Hurricane and Thunder's accuracy buff in rain to rain down terror on unprepared teams. Additionally, Primordial Sea has the added effect making Kilowattrel a Fire-immune switch-in, letting it occupy a situational defensive niche as well as having the ability to clear any weather conditions on the field, which is helpful against Desolate Land users like Heatran and Iron Moth while also checking Desolate Land users like Iron Moth and Cinderace. However, this interaction also works in the opposite manner: Desolate Land drops Hurricane and Thunder's accuracy, effectively forcing this Pokemon out. Hurricane and Thunder are this Pokemon's main STAB options, with the former out-damaging specially defensive Garchomp's Regenerator and the latter invaluably scoring an OHKO on Corviknight and having the chance to paralyze any foes that switch in. Finally, U-turn leverages Kilowattrel's offensive power and allows it to gain momentum by predicting that a special wall would switch into and absorb one of its attacks. replace this senstence with a description of good VoltTurn partners and how they work well together Because of its ability to force switches, Kilowattrel appreciates teammates like Garchomp and Scream Tail that can both set entry hazards and mitigate its own frailty by switching in. Additionally, because of its weakness to Stealth Rock and inability to heal itself, hazard removers like Corviknight and Iron Treads are required to prolong its life and maximize the amount of times it can switch in.
