Boomburst is a neutral move that can be used against Modest Choice Specs Rotom-H, as well as against Choice Band Dracovish and Dracozolt, although this is usually a Speed tie situation. Thunder helps secure the matchup versus Mirror Coat Milotic.

Toxtricity is a great Choice Specs user due to its great Special Attack, movepool (its special movepool isnt the greatest, barely getting 4 viable moves) and the ability Punk Rock that increases the damage when using Sound based moves (obvious). Overdrive helps with Corviknight and bulky Water-types such as Milotic. Sludge Wave OHKOs most Fairy-types such as Togekiss, (you'd just be using overdrive versus toge) Whimsicott and Grimmsnarl. Boomburst is a neutral move that can be used if both of its STAB moves are resisted (what does this beat, if anything?). Snarl is great for Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Celebi and Chandelure. (These both just outspeed and KO Toxtricity. Please find actually relevant examples or I'd recommend switching Toxtricity's moves.)

In return, Toxtricity can take on Sylveon and Galarian Corsola (lol no. corsola just stalls out or uses mirror coat. find a different example pls.) for them. Toxtricity also struggles with Dragon-types such as Haxorus, Kyurem and Hydreigon, so Pokemon that can take care of these like Aromatisse and Avalugg (this is an unreliable example due to chople berry kyurem existing, plus the 50/50 between mirror coat and body press. find a different example) are good to pair with it. In return, Toxtricity can take on Corviknight and Milotic (these both lose to aromatisse. find different examples for these) for them. Toxtricity also struggles with Tyranitar, so Pokemon such as Dracovish and Haxorus are great to pair with it. In return, Toxtricity can take on Fairy-types such as Grimmsnarl and Sylveon for them. (broaden this ttar line, finding teammates to counter just one b+ mon isn't that good.)
